First building in Cassine and that much closer to the beach! Our townhome has two bedrooms, two baths on the main floor and the living room, kitchen and one-half bath upstairs, with balcony and a glimpse of the Gulf.
Located on Highway 30-A, our townhouse community is a "lost treasure", nestled in a cypress grove with a secluded fishing pond, two pools, tennis courts, and nature and bike trails, and a short "cross the street" access to the beach. Enjoy fishing in the pond while other family members read in the shaded pavilion, or barbeque at the grill there. There are marked hiking trails beside the community for hiking enthusiasts.
There is so much to do - or not to do if you choose! A perfect escape! Walk to Cocoon's, a wonderful deli next door for your biscuit and coffee. Get your fresh seafood at nearby Goatfeathers Seafood Market to fix at home. You may love to bike along 30-A for miles and visit the cute little shops of Seagrove and Seaside. And don't forget to take in a few sunrises and sunsets while you're here. They're sometimes breathtaking!
Deer Lake State Park offers unmarked hiking, and beautiful sand dunes. Grayton Beach State Recreation Area has beaches, nature trails and picnic areas. You'll love the slower pace of Seagrove. So much to do.....You'll love being here! |
