New laminate oak flooring, newly painted, master bedroom furniture and "heavenly" Sealy Posterpedic twin beds.... First building in Cassine and 200 yards to the beach! Our townhome has two bedrooms with private baths on the main floor, and the living room, kitchen and half bath and balcony upstairs. Located on Scenic Highway 30-A, our townhouse community is a "lost treasure", nestled in a cypress grove with a serene fishing pond and covered pavilion, picnic tables and a grill for individual or family outings! So bring your fishing pole, your favorite reading material and your relaxation mode! Two pools, tennis courts, and nature and bike trails, and a short "cross the street" access to the beach. There are marked hiking trails beside the community for hiking enthusiasts. And for those who like to bike, a bike path from one end of 30A to the other, safe enough for the whole family. (...several bike rental shops w/i walking distance.)
There is so much to do - or not to do if you choose! A perfect escape! Walk to Cocoon's, a wonderful deli next door for biscuits and coffee, wine and lots of deli specialties. Buy fresh seafood at nearby Goatfeathers Seafood Market to fix at home. It is a pleasant bike ride to visit the cute little shops of Seagrove and Seaside. And don't forget to take in a few sunrises and sunsets while you're here. They're sometimes breathtaking!
Adjoining Port St Joe has marked trails. Deer Lake State Park offers unmarked hiking, and beautiful sand dunes. Grayton Beach State Recreation Area offers beaches, nature trails and picnic areas. You'll love the slower pace of Seagrove,as opposed to Destin or Panama City. Call me to reserve your "Peace of Seagrove" vacation.

A friend and I brought our children and their friends down for Spring Breaks for years and loved the slower pace vs bigger places like Destin, Daytona, Fort Lauderdale.......Unfortunately it was years later that we bought after the kids were gone from home! But we hope someday to have grandchildren who can enjoy it with us.

Our community has so much to do right here on the property with the pool, tennis courts, trails and fishing pond. Or just relaxing with some good reading material and catching up with movies is my favorite thing to do......and of course a little shopping at Seaside!
All kinds of wonderful things i.e. fresh biscuits and coffee in the morning to delightful salads and sandwiches, spreads, wines and sauces.......
Lots of unique and wonderful places to shop and eat, just a bike ride away. Outside ampitheater for Spring and Summer concerts.

I love the Gulf any time of the year; the sound of the surf and the sand pipers,the smell of the air, the bright white sugar-sand beaches and the gorgeous colors of the sunsets. It is such an infusion of the senses. After spending time in the area, you'll want to come back often. And a week away from the boss......Priceless!

There are so many great bonuses to this unit . Bedrooms downstairs so no lugging suitcases upstairs; Two FULL baths - one for each bedroom; you can park in the shade in the morning; unit closest to the beach; no speed bumps to go over; and all the comforts of home! Now with wireless internet it is perfect! We will always return here. Seagrove Beach is a nice area to have a relaxing vacation - many nice restaurants nearby. Having Cocoons next door is handy for picking up USA Today paper each morning. Thanks for a relaxing week.

Our family of four had a great week in your condo. The property is clean and well maintained. The Seagrove area and surrounding beach areas provide a quiet relaxing atmosphere. The location of the condo is great. It is located near the beach and the bike trail. We enjoyed both. With just a short drive into Panama City Beach we were able to enjoy several activities there as well. While we were in PCB we visited the numerous shops at Pier Park. We also drove in to watch a movie there one night. We ate out a couple of times. We enjoyed Pandora's and Elmos. The condo had all the utensils we needed to enjoy several meals there as well. We had a great week in the excellent property, and we would recommend it to anyone.

A very clean, very well kept condo! Obviously cared for with nice woods floors upstairs, a nice kitchen and cheerfully painted. The downstairs has two bedrooms, with the nice wood floors and also well kept. We vacationed with other families and their condos were not nearly as nice as this one. One was not even close in quality to this one. Great location in the complex. We would recommend this unit and would certainly stay there again. A very positive experience. The owner was very easy to deal with and the price was better than many other units we checked on in this complex.

We came in as a family group of 8 after a 15 hour trip to Seagrove Beach, not knowing what to expect. We left extremely pleased with our experience. We enjoyed the living area, kitchen, and washer/dryer and 3 bathrooms. The pool on the grounds was quite nice(though a little chilly in the morning) Getting to the beach was convenient and easy(we appreciated the provided beach toys). We were able to utilize the grilling area and shelter. We would suggest this location to any family/group. It was very relaxing and let us enjoy our vacation. We are trying to figure out when we can go back. Another big perk was that every utensil/cooking apparatus was available. From a business standpoint the paperwork and monetary transactions were easy and non-stressful. Thank you for a wonderful time :-)

This condo was a great deal for the price. It was clean and had all the accomdations we needed away from home. It is located very close to the beach and Seaside town (walking or biking distance). With two small children, this location was a must. The owner was very easy to work with and helped make this vacation very pleasant.

We stayed in this townhouse from June 20, 2009 through June 27, 2009. It is just a short walk to the beach and pool from this townhouse.
