Incredible 1400 square foot 3 bedroom/3 bath premiere new townhouse conveniently located just steps to the shuttle stop. These units were built in 2005 so they have all modern nice new amenities. 3 queen bed master suites. There is a private hot tub on the balcony with majestic southern views of the Sherwin Mountains, Chair 9, Dave's Run & the Gondola. Check out the mountain conditions from the comfort of home by looking out the window. This unit is an incredible vacation getaway all year round!
Stay for a few days or for a few weeks. Decorated with fine furniture, granite counter-tops, coffee drip with timer, mini toaster oven, all other kitchen necessities even has an in-unit washer and dryer. This unit provides you with all the comforts of home. If you are traveling with toddlers, we have baby gates in the closet with built in slots at each stair case for you to put them up and keep your little ones safe.
The direct access two car garage provides ample room for two large vehicles and all your toys. There is a bench with shoe racks right by the door to make you comfortable as well as racks for your ski’s, boards, and even a bike rack. We even have saddle horses in the garage for you to use in case you need to wax your board.
Three master suites allows three or four couples or a family or two to vacation together and still retreat to their own luxurious sleeping areas each with their own bathroom. Each bed features extremely comfortable mattresses. Luxurious linens and warm comforters will make sleeping on cold winter nights will be pleasure.
Your own relaxing hot tub is just off of the living room, open the sliding glass door and you are there. No more trudging through snow up to your knees freezing cold to get to the complex hot tub. This unit allows you to have the luxury of simply opening your door and stepping into the warm waters to soothe your aching muscles while enjoying the Sherwin Mountain views. Of course if you want a more private bath time experience one of the master suites upstairs has its own jetted tub in the bathroom.

The condo was perfect for my family and the owner definitely takes very good care of it; was very clean. Truly appreciated having the spacious garage for all the snowboards/ski. The kitchen was very well equipped. I loved Jessica's responsiveness and provided very clear instructions. Jessica was very helpful and responded to my questions very quickly. She email specific instructions on the house. The 3 bed, 3 bath was very clean and comfortable. The 2 car garage was great; was able to leave all snow gear out of the way. The kitchen was nice and had good accessories. When we were leaving we kept stating, wow that was fun. We have to book that place again!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time staying at this Grey Eagle condo the weekend before President's Day. The layout allows multiple couples to have privacy, with 2 en suite bed/baths upstairs and one downstairs. Huge garage has plenty of room to store wet skis/boards. No car? The place is a 10 minute drive from the airport. The location of this condo is the real bonus. It sits right on the main shuttle line, so getting to the mountain only takes about 10 minutes – two stops on the bus, then a quick trip up the gondola to the Canyon Lodge. Bonus: there is a liquor store directly across the street! The only downside was the size of our group. We had 9 adults, which the owner said would fit comfortably, but which turned out to be 3 too many for the space. The living room is cozy, but the kitchen is very small for a large group who likes to cook. The hot tub is directly off the kitchen and comfortably fits only 4 adults at a time. I would highly recommend this place for groups of 6 or less.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Patrick & Jessica met freshman year in high school (1991/92) at a dance at Loyola High School in Los Angeles. Years and life experiences passed when they re-met on facebook in 2008. Patrick had spent 7 years living in Mammoth as a chef. Jessica had traveled the world in pursuit of an education and was living in San Francisco. They were as giddy as two 15 year olds to hang out together again so Jessica bought a place to call home in Mammoth in the summer of 2010. By 2011 the couple married in Mammoth and Jessica's job moved them down to San Diego where they now live happily (even though they miss Mammoth dearly)
Why the Owner Chose Other Mammoth Lakes Properties:
Most Mammoth properties are circa 1970's or early 80's in large condo complexes. We wanted something more luxurious and private with the amazing views Mammoth has to offer.
Most units in Mammoth don't have private secure garages and we struggled to understand where people would store their winter and summer toys. This home has it all...luxury, views, huge private garage, and is in a nice small 12 unit complex.
