Susan and Ted are both Native Californians’ married 25+ years and have been best friends for over 40. Ted has a Ph.D. in Business Psychology and is the best Assistant/Husband you can imagine. Together we make an unbeatable team and provide 5 star customer services. We were married in 1983, moved to Maui sight unseen and committed to one year. We loved it and knew Maui was our home forever. Prior to our career in Real Estate Ted did Business Consulting and I was a Cosmetologist. We owned a chain of hair salons and finished that phase of our life in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe. We have managed to live in the best places. Our background has always been about customer service.

It was natural given our background to add vacation rentals to our investments plus it affords us the ability to offer family and friends a place to stay while visiting.
