This lakefront cabin is located on beautiful Chickmauga Lake and the Hiwassee River, 140 feet of water frontage. Featuring a peaceful location, this home is situated on a 1.3 acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. 5/03 New Large Private Boat Dock With a 700 Sq. Ft. Cover over part of the dock, with Porch Swings, Hammock, and picnic table over the water.
Duck, geese, and cranes are routine visitors. This non-smoking home is very well furnished. It features a living room with fireplace, full-size kitchen, and large screened-in front porch overlooking the Lake. The two bedrooms sleep eight. Central air and heat.
