You'll be right at home relaxing in our beach condo. This condo has two bedrooms, two baths, living room (with queen sofa sleeper)and dining area, kitchen and laundry room. It is approximately 1250 square feet on the 9th floor (9E) of the 15-story Tristan Towers located at 1200 Fort Pickens Road, Pensacola Beach, Florida. This 9th floor prime location unit is a perfect northeast corner unit with a wrap around balcony providing panoramic unblocked views of the main beach area, the Gulf, and the Sound. It's a beautiful view! Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open from the living room and both bedrooms onto a spacious balcony with plenty of privacy and great views of the island, the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. Santa Rosa Sound is a large body of water (3 miles across) between the beach and the mainland on which Tristan Towers and this unit is located. The Sound is a great place for boating, water skiing, and swimming. Free wireless Internet and computer. And you're just across the only road on this part of the beach to the Gulf of Mexico.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years. This is a NO SMOKING unit. Condominium regulations prohibit pets, skates, skateboards, and motorized scooters. Maximun unit occupancy is 6.

I'm Patty Hightower, a resident of Pensacola for over 30 years. I currently serve on the Escambia County School Board and am an active volunteer in our community. I play in two handbell choirs and sing in the church choir. My husband, Jimmy, is a professor at Pensacola Junior College. My boys live in Lexington, Ky. and Tallahassee, Fl.
Why the Owner Chose Tristan Towers
Tristan Towers was developed by a partner in my husband's law firm. We were delighted to have the opportunity to purchase the unit when built, and we have been the sole owners of this beautiful condo with a magnificent view of Pensacola, the beach, the ocean, and the Blue Angels
practicig nearby. We're near the Ft. Pickens end of the beach where Geronimo was once housed as a prisoner rumored to have sold buttons from his coat to tourist!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Tristan is a delightful condo with anout half rentals and half permanent beach residents. The pool is an Olympic size pool with adjoining clubhouse. We love to sit on the balcony and watch the boating and swimming activities in Santa Rosa Sound and to watch the waves of the ocean splash onto the beach. It's quiet, relaxing, and like home away from home.
