**PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS IS NOT A LUXURY HOTEL UNIT. It's budget accomodations in a nice business hotel in downtown. There is no phone service in the unit, just WIFI & no TV in the living room, just the bedroom. Also, there are floor to ceiling glass windows but they do not open, there are only small air vents at the bottom of each window that you can open to let fresh air in.
Beautiful, mountain and city views from the 32nd floor of the Executive Centre Hotel. Unit is a 1BR, 650 sq ft. It has a full kitchen with appliances, cookware & dishes. The W/D is in the unit, fully stocked with detergent & softener. Furniture & decor are contemporary Hawaiian.
Great location for business travelers, or people who want to be close to the hospitals, military bases, or just outside of Waikiki. Walk to Chinatown, Kumu Kahua Theatre, King Kamehameha Statue, fabulous restaurants and night clubs, art galleries, and more. Great surfing at Kakaako Beach Park and Ala Moana.

Why the Owner Chose Honolulu
My brother & I both live off island and our parents have used our rooms for other things. So, we bought this so we have a place to stay whenever we visit. It's very convenient so I can take care of all my business in the area, on foot. And we don't have to drive to go out, all the clubs and bars are also in a few blocks radius.
The property is very secure and the parking is covered and reserved. And whether we drive or take the bus, the location is very convenient.
Our gym (24 Fitness) is right downstairs & there's an outdoor pool & hot tub if we wanted to relax at night.

We have a full kitchen to cook in & a W/D. Plus the parking is reserved, covered and well secured. At only $10/nt, it's half the price of parking in other hotels in Waikiki.
