I really lucked out finding this apt. This is a very large 1 bedroom with great light and all amenities. The location is ideal. The uptown and downtown busses are on either corner and the crosstown 1 block away. You can easily walk uptown or downtown due to its central location. Shops and restaurants in either direction. Guida was a really responsive and great hostess. She was prompt with her emails and delivered as promised. Marta the house keeper is amazing. She will set you up with whatever you need and check. In often. All around, I would definitely come back here. In saying all this as someone who is from NY and knows the city and amenities pretty well. This apt is large enough for 2 Adults and 2 children since the LR has a sofa bed and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Additional information about rental rates
The apt will have a cleaning service included in the price. Marta, the maid, will come 4 times per week for an hour. If the tenants will be needing more time they must ask her directly. The fee will be 20$ per hour that will be payed directly to her.
to block the apt you will have to send the first half by wire transfer. You will give the second half at your arrival plus the security deposit, that will be returned to you afetr checking the state of the apt at your departure.
We do not accept credit cards. So the payments wil have to be made in cash, us checks or travelers checks.
