If you like sunshine, French food and wine, stunning scenery, relaxation in a beautiful and intimate settings, good opportunities for hiking, cycling and mountain biking, golf, etc. we simply have the right house, with a wonderful view and fantastic surroundings.

On the outskirts of the small authentic French mountain village Bargemon, you will find our beautiful villa on a total of 220 sqm. The house is well furnished with tastefully classic design furniture and lots of arts/paintings. The house is situated on a electric fenced compound of 5,200 sqm. and with a lovely swimming pool and a large petanque area, beautiful stone walls, olive- and oaktrees as well as large impressive pine trees. The house is located undisturbed in relation to neighbors and traffic.

The house is highly suitable for either two families with children or two generations.

The house is situated in a scenic area where there are excellent opportunities for walks and to experience the rich bird and wildlife. A branching road & trail system leads from the house and around the area and also leads directly to Bargemon village and the neighboring village Clavier - both located within walking distance. An area where adults as well as children can move freely and safely around.

The village Bargemon is a typical Provencal medieval village with narrow streets, small fountains and quaint squares. Bargemon is also a gastronomic city with 6-8 restaurants in several price ranges, small local shops with groceries, interesting galleries and a cozy café life, which helps to provide a fantastic atmosphere both in the morning, afternoon and evening.

The city is situated at the foot of the French Alps and in the immediate vicinity of the fantastic nature park 'the French Grand Canyon' Gorges du Verdon, one of the biggest tourist attractions in Provence. There is only approx. 45 min. to the wide sandy beaches of the Côte d'Azur and approx. 1 hour from Nice and Saint Tropez. There are plenty of vineyards and olive groves throughout the area and small authentic villages etc. In short - right in the heart of authentic Provence.

Payment Terms:; 25 % due at time of booking; Remainder to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival; By booking 8 weeks and less before arrival date, full amount is due at time of booking; Cancellation:; By cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to arrival half of the amount paid will be refunded; Canceled from 8 to 4 weeks prior arrival 1 / 2 of the total amount paid will be refunded; If canceled later than 4 weeks prior arrival there will be no refund of any of the prepaid rental amount; Security deposit:; A Security deposit of Euro 600 is required upon check in - either by cash or by check ; For the loss of keys there will be charged Euro 260 to cover the conversion of locks in the house; as well as copying of new keys.
