Beautiful, newer (July 2005), professionally furnished, executive villa located in the Preserve at Tara. This two-bedroom, two-bath, plus a study/den, and two-car garage is ready to welcome you. The villa has a fully-equipped kitchen. You can view the palm trees in the Tara Nature Preserve on the side of this villa or the golf action on the number one green across the street as you enjoy breakfast in the Good Morning Room.
You can retreat to your master bedroom suite with its king-size bed, and two very large walk-in closets. The master bath has a very nice walk-in shower, his-and-her sinks, and a deep-soaking tub. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds and semi-private bath. The study/den has a beautiful leather-top table and book shelves. A reading chair and lamp are located in the Den. The living room area gives you a chance to unwind and watch TV or listen to your favorite music.
On your lanai you can relax and view the scenic Preserve at Tara. A gas grill is located on the Lanai for your enjoyment. The villa backs to the sixth tee of this beautiful semi-private golf course. This course is available to you without being a member. The pool, hot tub, clubhouse, driving range, dining facility, and tennis court are just two blocks away or a five-minute walk. Sidewalks make it perfect for evening walks or bike riding. Absolutely no smoking or pets.
Our Villa at Tara Preserve is strategically located and provides great views of the tropical landscapes. Some of the gulf beaches near by are Anna Marie, Holmes, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Lido, and Venice Beach. Enjoy!

Listing and photos were accurate. Very clean. The owners were so nice and easy to work with on all aspects of this rental. Easy to connect and HONEST. We highly recommend this villa. Rented for 5 weeks and we had fun everyday. No risk renting this property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

About the owner: Greetings Site Visitors! Debbie and I have been happily married for 37 years. We enjoy our sons and daughters, our grandsons and grandaughters. A few of our activities are: serving at the Cincy Vineyard Community Church, playing a round of golf, swimming, and walking. Normally we take on upgrade projects at the home-front every year. Debbie and I both work and meet around supper time for the evening meal and a chance to share the news of the day. We are thankful for God's blessings upon our lives and upon the family. God Bless!
Why the Owner Chose Tara Preserve:
Debbie and I love the climate in the Bradenton Sarasota area. We chose to buy in Tara Preserve because of the breath taking beauty of the area. The tropical landscapes and the nature preserves are well maintained. In Tara all the golf villas are maintained with a landscaping and community maintenance program. The Sparrow Villa which we had built is very nice and exactly what we wanted. We are minutes away from the beaches and close to the many nice shops and attractions.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Debbie and I normally take a morning and evening walk in Tara Preserve. The Sandhill Cranes and alligators will catch our attention frequently. We have seen eagles in the nearby nature reserve.
Fresh fish can be found at many local restaurants. We like the Bonefish Grill and Anna Marie's Oyster Bar to mention two. Fresh Fruit can be found at Mixon's Orange Grove. We love to spend a day at the Ringling Museum. This is a must see. Treviso's Restaurant in the Ringling Complex is excellent. Sarasota is abounding with restaurants, theaters, evening cruise specials. The area is a deep well of great places to visit and experience. If you are just wanting to kick back and relax, the villa is an excellent place to do just that.
