The house is a 3000-square-foot property, waterfront, vacation home is located in prestigious Tahoe Keys, a private waterfront community. This location offers magnificent views of the waterway, Mount Tallac, and the Heavenly Valley Ski area. Enjoy the many amenities including a private boat dock. You will have access to an Olympic-size heated indoor pool and spa, also in the summer, you can enjoy the private beach, seven tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is a fee to use the Pool and Tennis courts. Weddings are not allowed at the property and noise is not permitted after 10pm per local ordinance. Please respect the local home owners.
Other activities such as boating, water skiing, wind surfing, golfing, horseback riding, hiking, cycling, and casinos are only minutes away. Other nearby attractions include Emerald Bay, Vikingsham Castle, Cave Rock, and Cruise the lake on a Stern Wheeler boat.
