Front of Home - Martin, Hartwell Lake, Georgia Home This is a great waterfront property on beautiful Lake Hartwell in Martin, Georgia. We have just finished remodelling the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and put on a brand-new large deck. The house has dark wood floors with wood trim throughout the house. All of the appliances are new. The downstairs great room has a custom-made stone fireplace and cathedral ceilings along with the TV and two sitting areas. The kitchen is spacious with a breakfast bar and large eating area. There are two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size, comfortable, pull-out sofa. The upstairs great room overlooks the downstairs and has two sitting areas. There are also two comfortable futons that each sleep two in this room. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There is a full walk-out basement that is unfurnished, but there is a washer and dryer. This home is fully furnished with linens and kitchen necessities. Outside there is a brand-new, large deck with a table and chairs. The front yard is spacious enough for several games and relaxation. There is a long driveway with room for four vehicles and there is some parking on the street. The back yard is great for tossing the ball around. Both of the lots next to the house are vacant and make for a nice private, cozy, and peaceful place to vacation. There is a brick-lined path that leads to the water. A brand-new dock was just purchased and is ready to tie up your boat, swim, fish, or just relax. Many large catfish and other fish have been caught from the end of the dock. There is a community boat ramp about a block from the home.
