Crete, this 3 story, 4 bedroom, 4 full bath, Oceanfront Beach home, between Destin and Sandestin, is cozy and tranquil with the ocean right at your back door, sleeps 8 comfortably. Unbelievable views off the 3 covered balconies from all 3 floors, oceanside. Enjoy morning coffee out your bedroom door on your private balcony, and you might get a glimpse of the dolphins passing through, or see the exotic shades of red and orange as the sun sets over the ocean.

The spacious Master Bedroom with marble jacuzzi tub is on the 3rd and top level, as well as the 3rd Floor Guest room complete with a Queen size bed and full bath. The living room on the 2nd floor is open to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen and Full views of the ocean from all areas in these rooms.

The guest room on level 2 is furnished with Bunk Beds. The 1st floor has a King Size Bed as well complete with full bath and overlooks the ocean. Exquisite for taking afternoon naps, reading your favorite book, watching your favorite movie, or just enjoying the view of the ocean and hearing the waves roar.

You can bike or walk on the paved bike path right out your front door, and head to the largest outlet mall nearby (The Silver Sands mall), or grab a cappuccino 3 blocks away. Destin Commons is just a mile or so down the road with upscale shops, movie theater, Bass Pro Shop, children's play area with shooting water fountains for them to play in. Your steps away from Pompano Joes for a cool drink, lunch or dinner. Feel free to swim in the private community pool across the street approx. 500 feet away.

Weekly rental only in summer, Saurday to Saturday; 11% Florida tax not included and non refundable cleaning fee on all bookings. Absolutely no pets. No smoking inside house please. Check out is 10:00 am, check in is at 3:00 pm, , M/C and Visa accepted. Full balance due 14 days prior to arrival date. Deposit does not apply towards weekly rate. Deposit will be refunded with in 21 days after you vacate the premises and it has been inspected. Cancellation: Full deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within the 30 to 14 days of your arrival date, you will get a credit towards a future stay. If you cancel 14 days or less of your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit. You are not obligated to your reservation if a hurricane is issued for Destin by the NOAA. If the police are called out, or neighbors complain of disturbance, your deposit may be forfeited.****

  • Linens Provided : Everything is provided. I have some beach towels as well.

  • Garage : My garage is currently unavailable and being used for storage.
  • Off Street Parking : I do have a driveway that will hold 4 cars, maximum. No more parking around.

  • Deck/Patio : I have a very large deck with a gazebo, perfect for lounging and cooking out.
  • Balcony (5) : There are Balconies on every floor off every bedroom.
  • Gazebo : There is a gazebo on the large deck.

  • Beachfront : This home is directly on the Ocean and white sandy beach with my own private set of stairs down to the beach.
  • Oceanfront : Directly on the ocean. Full view from every angle. You can hear the waves crashing with the doors closed.
