Pristine home in Virginia Beach just four houses from the ocean. Traditional, 1926 home with ten foot ceilings, front and back stairs, a library, and a screened porch. Spacious 35 foot living room with fireplace so it is wonderful in the winter as well. There are four regular bedrooms that contain three double beds and one with two twins. There is a library with a sofabed.
The huge kitchen with a pantry, Jenn air grill, and all the amenities. Three and a half baths plus an extra shower in the utility room. Formal dining room. House is on a double lot so there is plenty of room for parking (enough for a boat). Decorated all in pastels in a beach theme. Just a gorgeous house. Must be seen to be believed. We have many repeat renters.
This house is in a quiet residential neighbor hood but within walking distance (several blocks) of the resort strip.
