Located in the heart of Historic Old Northwood, Villa Mimosa is one of five homes built in 1925 designed by famed architect John Volk. It is uniquely designed, complete with an original Gargoyle and Bell Tower. John Volk was lured by Addison Mizner to the opulence of Palm Beach where you can marvel at numerous examples of their whimsical designs and architecture.
Nestled behind the main residence through the Mediterranean Vistas you will find the two story "Carriage House" with a unit on each level. This charming, quaint 1 bedroom 1 bath unit is outfitted with a queen bed and sleeper sofa, an eat-in; fully equip kitchen and full bath. The hardwood floor adds to its charm. A large dining deck and a private balcony off the living room that will allow in the tropical breezes. Come relax and lounge under the palm trees by the salt water pool.
