Charming New Smyrna beachfront home. Come and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the spacious deck. Dolphins frequently swim by to say hello and you can walk to nearby Manatee park where manatees frequent much of the year. Manatee park also offers tennis, volleyball, basketball, and a new playset for the kids. Surf or river fish till your hearts content.
The house is located in the middle of the block and is half a mile away from public parking to the south and three miles from public parking to the north, so this beach not only is VERY PRIVATE, but also CAR FREE. You have your own personal dune walkover to enjoy your little slice of heaven. Canaveral National seashore is two miles to the south and full of wildlife, hiking, boating and other activities.
Inside there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Downstairs is a large bedroom with two queen beds, full bath and a family room with a TV and VCR/DVD player. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and full bath. The second bedroom has a daybed with two twin beds. The upstairs has a kitchen, living room and dining room with gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean. Perfect for one or two families.
