Our beautiful, recently remodeled villa features all the amenities and necessities of your vacation home away from home. Imagine sitting on the deck overlooking the fountained pond, surrounded by lush greenery, royal palms, and nature's finest offerings.

The pool, tennis courts and free fishing dock along the lagoon are only a minute-walk away under the beautiful palm trees, and their use is included in your rental fee. This quiet end-unit villa is just off the Fazio Golf Course. Fully air-conditioned, your indoor activities include use of cable TV, DVD, stereo/CD player, fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, washer and dryer, MW, wet bar/stemware, new furniture and upscale appointments in Caribbean island colors, decor and design.

Recently updated tile, carpet and hardwood floors throughout. Very clean and serene environment, both inside and out. Master bedroom suite has king bed,TV/VCR and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has two twin beds, DVD,large closet. Mattresses are new and designed for full back support for golfers, tennis players, all those bike rides, or just plain ocean-watchers! The ocean and beach are only a 10 minute leisure bike ride away, or few minutes by car with free parking and access within our gated community.

Fresh linens and towels provided. Cleaning service and handyman nearby. Private entrance, covered porch, located on end unit of quiet street with parking right at front door. Potential rentors please note that furniture is not to be moved or re-arranged in the unit. Each day is beautiful here no matter what the weather is!

  • We were COMPLETELY satisfied with your villa! It was VERY clean, decorated very nice. I loved all the little touches you added. It was spacious, comfortable and we felt very much at home. My husband had not seen any pictures prior to and when he walked in, he said "wow!" The pool area was perfect! We never had trouble finding chairs and a shady spot (if needed!). The walk there was perfect for even our 3 year old. The kids and my husband spotted several turtles in the pond and.............an alligator!!!!!

  • This was like staying in a first-class hotel. I appreciated the convenient location to everything, as well as staying in such a beautifully decorated home. It was simplistic elegance, and the owner had everything I needed to enjoy "living" there for a week. I will be back! Thank you!
