                Townhome in lovely neighborhood, actually 2 bedrooms (king, twin) on ground floor, double and queen pull-out below grade, w/ laundry downstairs and baths on each floor. Fully equipped kitchen. Garage a real plus – pull in and unload the car, unpack at leisure. No cable, but has wi-fi and TVs w/ VCRs. Extra amenities like a drawer stocked w/ kids’ art supplies a nice touch. Property is clean and well-maintained and the owners were quickly responsive to questions before we arrived and to minor maintenance “emergency” while we were there. Small backyard/patio gets shade in the afternoon. Prompt return of security deposit. Caveat: downstairs bedrooms are well removed from upstairs, so may be inappropriate for children.

                Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
