I live in Tennesee and me and my 17 daughter stayed here the week of March 17th through March 22nd. I have rented a condo here at Gulf Terrace before about 2 years ago and was very satisified. I stayed at this condo this year and was very PLEASED! The condo is just as described and the one plus on this it also had its own washer and dryer, so I did not have to go to the facilities laundry area at night. This condo is very clean and I am very picky when it comes to cleaniness and OMG the beds were so comfty! This area is right across the highway 98 from the beach within walking distance. Plenty of attractions nearby and only 45 minutes to Panama City and only a short distance to Fort Walton! Another big plus about these condos is it is very safe area. I will definately rent this condo again in 2014 and if it is not available definately will rent one at this location. All you need to do is bring your food and clothes! ENJOY!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

ONE OF THE BEST TRIPS OUR FAMILY HAS EVER TAKEN. CONDO WAS GREAT, MUCH BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED FOR PRICE. WADE WAS VERY ACCOMMONDATING TO ALL OUR WANTS AND NEEDS.EVEN WITH THE OIL DISASTER OUR TRIP WAS GREAT BECAUSE OF THE THINGS OFFERED AT COMPLEX ALONG WITH PROXIMTY TO EVERYTHING ELSE.ALREADY PLANNING ON GOING BACK, HOPING WE CAN MAKE IT FOR THANKSGIVING,CANT WAIT THANK YOU WADERecommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: I am a small business owner and my wife is a pediatric nurse. We show Tennessee Walking Horses and Alabama Racking Horses as a hobby with our daughter.
Why the Owner Chose Gulf Terrace:
We both love the Destin area and have been coming down here for vacations and fishing trips for over 20 years. Gulf Terrace was the first place we rented before our daughter was born and we fell in love with the quiet beauty of the place. The prime location was also a factor for being in the center of shopping,and close to the water park and amusement park.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love to fish, so taking my daughter fishing in the lake here in Gulf Terrace was a big plus. Also, there are 3 swimming pools to choose from to enjoy!! The remodeled tennis courts may even get us to take up tennis!
