Why the Owner Chose Gulf Terrace
We both love the Destin area and have been coming down here for vacations and fishing trips for over 20 years. Gulf Terrace was the first place we rented before our daughter was born and we fell in love with the quiet beauty of the place. The prime location was also a factor for being in the center of shopping,and close to the water park and amusement park.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love to fish, so taking my daughter fishing in the lake here in Gulf Terrace was a big plus. Also, there are 3 swimming pools to choose from to enjoy!! The remodeled tennis courts may even get us to take up tennis!

ONE OF THE BEST TRIPS OUR FAMILY HAS EVER TAKEN. CONDO WAS GREAT, MUCH BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED FOR PRICE. WADE WAS VERY ACCOMMONDATING TO ALL OUR WANTS AND NEEDS.EVEN WITH THE OIL DISASTER OUR TRIP WAS GREAT BECAUSE OF THE THINGS OFFERED AT COMPLEX ALONG WITH PROXIMTY TO EVERYTHING ELSE.ALREADY PLANNING ON GOING BACK, HOPING WE CAN MAKE IT FOR THANKSGIVING,CANT WAIT THANK YOU WADE
