Two master suites, each with a queen bed, walk-in closet and master bath. Third large bedroom has two twin beds and its own bath. There is a fourth guest bathroom and shower. The panoramic unobstructed view is outstanding. Other features of this top-of-the-line luxury home include gas fireplace, hardwood floors, grand piano, ping-pong, Jacuzzi tub with heated towel bars, and a gourmet kitchen with slab granite countertops, stainless steel high quaility appliances and instant hot water. Built in 2002, the home is spacious (2850 sq. ft.) with large rooms, and offers outstanding water views from all major rooms.
Home sits right above the four mile round trip waterfront path. Enjoy walking, jogging, biking or roller blading along the waterfront. Stop at one of the many beachfront restaurants or pubs. Try your luck at the fishing pier. Go parasailing. Have a beachfront picnic. Rent a kayak. Or sit back on the deck and watch the sailboat races, the ships coming into port, or the trains as they pass by.
Perfect for vacations, for corporate stays or meetings (wi-fi), for out-of-town guests, as a temporary home while building or remodeling, or for reunions with loved ones stationed at the military base. Home is not available for weddings, parties, or gatherings. It is for registered guests only.
This Tacoma home is 10 minutes from Gig Harbor, 40 minutes from Seattle, and 15 to the military bases. It's just ten minutes from I-5 and the downtown area, yet has a country feel with a greenbelt behind the home. Don't be surprised to see deer grazing in the yard! Home is just one mile from Pt. Defiance Park, where there is a world class zoo, gardens, boat rentals, and miles of hiking trails. Chambers Creek Golf Course, another world renowned attraction, is just 15 minutes from the home. Mt. Rainier National Park is 1.5 hours from the home.
