This deluxe condo features a light and airy tropical décor and many upgrades. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, new appliances, wood cabinets, recessed lighting, tile floor, and all the amenities. A kitchen window overlooks the ocean. The living room and bedroom have been newly carpeted and have mirrored walls and floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize your enjoyment of Maui's exceptional beauty. The king-size bed provides a restful night's sleep. Both full-size marble bathrooms have also been refurbished with new cabinetry, glass shower doors, and tropical décor. If you just can not leave business behind, our unit has an office area, which is laptop-ready with free high-speed internet connection (Wireless and LAN), fax, copier, and printer. A complimentary in-room safe is also included.
We have limited the occupancy of our 1 bedroom, 2 bath home to two people. The unit is entirely NON-SMOKING, both inside and out. The Whaler does not allow pets. Check-in time is 4 PM (or earlier if ready) and check-out time is 11 AM.
HOUSEKEEPING: All linens are provided. Check-out cleaning is included free of charge. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for a nominal fee.
DEPOSIT INFORMATION: A deposit of 3 nights rental (7 nights at Christmas/New Year) is needed to secure your reservation. The balance, plus a $400 damage deposit, is due 60 days prior to arrival. The damage deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the unit's condition following your stay. Hawaii's non-smoking law is firmly enforced by the condo association and violation will result in forfeiture of deposit. Personal check, credit card, bank transfer, money order, certified check or cashier's check accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival will be completely refunded, less $50 plus credit card processing fees. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 3 night minimum charge. Should a reservation be cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, or for rentals inbetween December 17 and January 1, refunds will be made for those days that are re-rented, less $50 plus credit card processing fees.
