Escape to the crystal waters and soft sandy beaches on beautiful Panama City Beach where from the balcony of your condo you have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico at the Caribbean inspired Calypso Resort and Towers. LARGE FAMILIES OR FRIENDS TRAVELING TOGETHER can take advantage of having two units side by side - great for visiting, eating together, sharing, or just the ability to co-ordinate schedules.
Relax and enjoy a cool drink at the TIKI BAR located between the 2 pools. Available for sale is a variety of snacks and a host of drink options. Big screen T.V.'s are hung for those who have had alittle too much sun or just want to 'catch a game'.
IN THE UNIT we have FREE high speed internet(bring your laptop), beach chairs, board games, and some beach toys.
Calypso is the closest condo to the new PIER PARK with 1.1 million square feet of shopping and entertainment. A sample of what you will find: MARGARITAVILLE,DILLARDS,OLIVE GARDEN,PANERA BREAD,5 GUY HAMBURGERS,RON JON SURF SHOP and a 16 CINEMA MOVIE COMPLEX just to name a few. Also present are many things for the family to see and do.
Our unit is furnished with beautiful new Caribbean furniture. Enjoy the spectacular gulf front view from the balcony of this luxury, brand-new condominium. The spacious living room and master bedroom provide a spectacular view of the blue water and white sand. All bedrooms have TV's with DVD players. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen size bed in one unit and a king in the other unit and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds. The dining room table seats 6 with 3 stools at the bar.
There are breathtaking views of the sunset from the Kitchen, Living Room and Master Bedroom. The balcony, which spans the length of the unit, has table and chairs provided to enjoy dining, reading,napping or visiting while enjoying the view.
There are many extras in our 1200 square foot unit including 9 foot ceilings throughout, granite counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen,a wet bar, and full size washer and dryer. There is even a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. A small storage closet is also available.
Our unit is non-smoking. We do not rent to singles under 25. We rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Shorter stays will be considered last minute and during non-peak weeks. $300.00 security deposit is required.
RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION/IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND!! RENTER CANCELLATIONS RESULT IN A LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT.

We have just returned from a wonderful spring break at this condo. It is very spacious and we were very pleased with the large master bedroom,bathroom and closet.
