This Newport Hills house which comes with a dramatic vaulted ceiling in the living room is located in a very convenient location that is less than 3/4 miles from the I-90 and I-405 junction. It is newly remodeled. This house has everything. Four comfortable bedrooms, on the upper level the master bedroom has a king sized bed with it's own bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. They share the full bathroom upstairs.

In the fourth bedroom which is in the lower level having a queen sized bed, has a crib for any toddler who is less than 18 months old. The third bathroom and laundry room are also situated in this same level. The sleeper sofa in the living room could comfortably sleep two. Our house could easily accommodate for up to 10 adults.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to prepare your meals. Just remember to bring your own favorite food. The living room and dining room are great for entertaining. Thinking of a family reunion? This is the place for you.

The landscaped backyard is having an attractive water feature. The fully fenced backyard which is very private and is meticulously landscaped throughout. In the flat area of the huge backyard kids could play their badminton tournament for a whole afternoon.

Our house is 15 minutes away from downtown Seattle, 15 minutes away from Bellevue Square Mall which is located in the heart of downtown Bellevue. In there you could not only do big shopping spree at Nordstorm, Bon Macy and JC Penny but could also find all the famous gourmet restaurants you could name. The city of Renton is 5 minutes south of our house from I-405. The Newport Hills Red Apple Grocery store is just 5 minutes away by walking from the house. Bellevue Community College is just less than 5 minutes driving.

You might have heard about the Bellevue School District is being ranked in the top 1% among nation wide. Our house is located in this specific school district and Newport High School is just 5 minutes away.

If you like golfing don't miss the world class golf course, Newcastle Golf Course which is 5 minutes away from our home.

The house is not only great for a vacation rental, but it is perfectly set up for temporary relocation housing or corporate stay. However, if you are looking for a place to have a wild party, especially one that involves alcohol or drug, then this is NOT the place.

No smoking. No pets. Check in time: 4:00pm; Check out time: 11:00 am. All Payments due 45 days prior to arrival.

Monthly rate: $3,800 per month. June, July, August, September $4,300 per month.

  • If you are looking for a clean and very well maintained large 4 bedroom conveniently located within easy access to Bellevue, Seattle and the surrounding area, then we highly recommend you taking a closer look at this one. We were helping our daughter with her move to the Seattle area that included everything from locating a place to stay, buying a car to purchasing furnishings. There was more than enough room for us with plenty to spare. The location is very close to all major freeways and all the shopping you need to do is within a very short distance. Hing and Bonnie and very pleasant and make for great hosts. When we return for a visit, this will be the first contact we will make

  • This was a perfect home to visit from Paris. I had many Seattle friends join me for dinner, tours and wonderful times visiting around the area. We enjoyed the large living room, yard and spacious bedrooms. We cooked more than one gourmet meal in the updated kitchen and enjoyed everything so much. My deposit was quickly returned and I am homesick for this wonderful time now that I am back in Paris. Merci Bonnie!!

  • We stayed here for a week to visit Seattle. Our stay was great! The house is clean, comfortable, roomy, and very conveniently located. There are plenty of grocery stores, malls, and shops nearby. Close access to freeways, and driving into downtown Seattle only took us 20 min. Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park on Lake Washington was close by and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the scenery. We traveled with a 2-yr-old and 4-month-old, and the house was pretty kid friendly. Hing & Bonnie were nice enough to provide a crib for us to use. They were very easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. Highly recommended!

  • We needed a place for a family reunion, and were very pleased with the house. It had plenty of room for my entire family, and was located with easy access to grocery stores and the interstate. It was very clean, and conveniently (for our active family) located next to beautiful running and hiking trails. I would definitely return on my next trip to Seattle!

  • Our family of 5 have spent eight days in Seattle to visit my grandmother, relations and friends from 24 December, 2007. Bonnie's house is very clean, spacious and is in very good condition. It is conveniently located - easy access to nearby Factoria Mall, Bellevue Mall, Safeway and QFC, and Restaurants. It is only a matter of 5 - 10 minutes drive to access to I-90 and 405. Superily convenient. We have enjoyed the whole time we were there. Bonnie is very friendly, helpful and her hospitality has exceed our expectation. My family and I will definitely stay at her house again during our next visit, and I highly recommend Bonnie's house to my friends and relatives for their visitors.

  • We were having some work done in our home and needed to be out for a week. Instead of going to hotel I wanted a nice nearby that would work well for my family. This was just the place! The home was large, airy, and have room for everyone. My older son particularly enjoyed the downstairs and claimed that for himself! The house was clean and very well maintainted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  • We went to Seattle for our sons wedding and the house was a great location, Clean, , with every convenience you could possibly want. We Thank Bonnie & Hing for a remarkable time. Everything was just as you said. We would highly recommend this home to anyone. The bathrooms were incredible, 8 of us and never a fight for hot water.3 showers and a bath were ideal. Thank-you again for adding so much enjoyment to our trip. We will surely return again.

  • The house was the wonderful and prefect place for our family re-union. It easy access to freeway, shopping and downtown of Seatle, Bellevue, it also very clean and well kept.
