This is a perfect location to really enjoy all that Florida has to offer. The Villa’s setting has an open aspect overlooking a mature woodland conservation area giving a peaceful and relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle of the busy theme parks.
Our Spacious 2,954 square ft. luxury open plan home offers 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2 Lounges, a Private Screened Heated South Facing Pool, a Unique Gym/Game Room,BBQ and a Free WiFi Internet connection, situated on a large oversized plot. The Pool is also surrounded by flowering trees and shrubs.
The villa will sleep up to 10 people in comfort and is under 12 minutes drive from Walt Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal Studios and just a few minutes from Highway 192 and Championsgate Village with all of it's attractions, shops and diners.
For Golf lovers, there are several championship golf courses within easy reach, including the famous Greg Norman designed course at the newly completed Champions Gate development.
Three miles from the Villa is Interstate 4 which provides easy access to and from the airports, the fine beaches of the Atlantic Coast which is 90 minutes away and also the Kennedy Space Centre, where you may be lucky to see the shuttle take off.
You can also get to the Gulf Coast via Interstate 4, within 2 hours drive you can visit Clearwater and St Pete’s with its fine white sandy beaches and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Villa is located on Highway 27 and is ideally located for 6 different supermarkets all within 10 minutes drive. The Posner Park Retail development is 3 miles south on Highway 27, it has Dickies, Sports, JC Penny, Target, Ross, and Staples.
You are spoilt for choice by the range of restaurants within the area, including the famous Manny’s Chop House which specialises in the best Ribs and Steaks in the Orlando area. If you like Steak and Ribs this is definitely the place to go, well worth a visit 10 miles south of the Villa.

We are Errol and Christine from West Yorkshire, England. We have 3 grown-up children and 1 grand-daughter, and have been visiting Florida for almost 15 years now. After so many wonderful holidays we finally decided to buy a brand new place of our own in 2004 in the desirable community of Tuscan Ridge, Davenport.
We have comprehensive information regarding vacations in Florida which has been our principal destination for over the last 15 years and we can offer insider information to your queries.
We visit the property 2-3 times per year to ensure that it is maintained to our exacting standards. Our Management company are very helpful and are very thorough in their care of our Villa, they can be contacted in the event of any problem occurring.
We supply a comprehensive range of brochures and maps of the region before you arrive so that you have a good insight into the area prior to your vacation/holiday, we also supply directions from the major airports. We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home, it was everything we were looking for and more, the furnishings were lovely, the home was clean and comfortable. We both loved the layout of the Villa and the position of the home. An excellent suntrap by the pool which was lovely because of the privacy, great not to be overlooked. I've checked for the next holiday, unfortunately you are already booked up for the dates which is not surprising, but i will certainly be looking to book with you again.
