Christine your home exceeded all our expectations. It was so clean and comfortable and very well stocked. Our visit to Florida was wonderful, great weather and such a comfortable home to come home to after a long day at the theme parks. The pool was outstanding. We spent alot of time outside swimming, reading, enjoying the bbq. We would definitely come back to your home if we return to Florida and I have already recommended it to friends and family. It is situated near all amenities, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants. We went to Mannys as everyone said we should and it did not disappoint. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. You were so helpful in planning our vacation and all the information you provided was a great help in navigating our way around.

This is the second year we have stayed at this villa and this has got to be the best one we have ever stayed at. It is very well equipped, very clean and has everything you could ever need in a holiday villa. The pool area is very private as it is screened with shrubs/hedging which is a huge bonus. My son and husband used the gym every day,this is also very well equipped. Tuscan Ridge is a mix of holiday rentals and residential properties which is also good. The owner was very helpful with the booking process and provided good directions etc and any other information leaflets.

September 2011 Orlando Parks Visit

Six of us stayed here for 10 days in September - our second visit to this Villa. The villa is located in Davenport within easy striking distance of both the Disney World complex and Universal Studios/International Drive. Our 'joining instructions' were extremely comprehensive and included; best routes to and from Orlando International and Stanford airports, Disney/Universal as well how to make best use of the villa. It is extremely spacious, well appointed and kept in pristine condition. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with generous quantities of cutlery and crockery and there's even a BBQ out on the pool deck! We, however, were there for the parks so our 'dining in' was limited to breakfast each morning and we had little opportunity to enjoy all the facilities the villa had to offer. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of spare bed linen and towels (we wished that we had left our beach towels at home). The double garage has been converted into a gym/games room which would be ideal for teens and health conscious adults intending to spend more time around the villa during the day than we did. We got back so late from the parks each day we only got to use the pool on 3 occasions during our stay. However, we did make good use of the electronic combination safe (new since our last visit) and the wireless broadband (a must for an ipad fan like me). If you are intending to eat out locally a visit to Manny's Steak House is an absolute must. This restaurant is a short 10 minute drive away. The food is excellent and the staff welcoming and friendly. Such good value for money in fact that we visited 3 separate nights during our 10 day stay. Our only regret was that we didn't allow ourselves more free time to spend relaxing at the villa in and around the pool. I think I can feel a third visit coming on ...

This villa is truly an exceptional home and we couldnt have asked for anything better. It had everything that we required and we found it especially good having all the toys and baby facilities such as the pram,highchair, changing mat, booster seat, travel cot etc. Having two small children, the use of all these facilities certainly made life easier for us. We found the information given to us by you and by your management company very thorough and most helpful and we also found the numerous brouchures in the house on the nearby atttractions, very useful. The house had everything that we needed and during our entire 2 week stay we never found the house lacking in anything. In particular, the kitchen is very well stocked and had every available gadget, crockery & cutlery. The house was also spotless when we arrived, which we always find very reassuring! The pool was very clean as well and the children loved making use of it. This is a stunning home which is in a perfect location for visiting Disney, Univeral Studios and the shopping malls. We also visited a few of the beaches on the Gulf coast which were only a couple of hours drive away. Overall, a beautiful home in a perfect location. We will most definitely be back

We really enjoyed our Florida vacation. The Villa is even more beautiful in person. We went to the Disney parks and Sea World most of our stay and the villa was in a very convenient location. It was nice to be able to use the gym and we loved the pool. Having the baby stuff there was very helpful as we did not have to bring those things with us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa. We hope to stay there on our next visit to Florida.

Date of stay 21st April 2011 - The Lynch family Market Weighton, East Yorkshire, England. The booking of the villa was easy and the information sent to us was really helpful. The location of the villa was great close enough to Disney and far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. The villa is well laid out, well equipted and well-maintained and the management company were helpful. We enjoyed all the Disney parks, Seaworld but our best day had to be Discovery Cove and swimming with dolphins. We would recommend the villa to our friends and family and may return in the future.

This would be our 4th visit to Florida and we have always had a good holiday. Location has been the reason we have stayed in different villas but can honestly say that this villa has been the best by far. Everything was perfect and the management company responded straight away if there was any reason to contact them. The location is good for getting around and the villa has everything you could possible need. The pool with pool heat was perfect for coming back to in the afternoon after a busy day. If we ever want to come back to this area again we would without hesitation book this villa.

It was nice to walk into your home and find everything as neat and clean as my own home. It made for a wonderful vacation. The layout of the house is excellent and the pool area was perfect. Had to get used to the alarms on the doors- but what a great idea for small children. Have recommended to others including my son who is staying there also. Excellent villa - the best we have stayed at in the area. The villa was very luxurious, clean and had all the little extras(DVD's, books, games etc.) My husband and son used the gym every day. I would recommend this villa to friends and family, in fact I already have. The pool was very private which was a huge bonus. Would return to this villa without a doubt. The owners were very helpful during the booking process and sent us very useful info after we booked.

This home exceded my expectations. It is well appointed and comfortable. So comfortable that we spent more time there than at the convention. Everything was just as described. The owner was very helpful during the rental process and provided excellent information about the property and surrounding area. This an excellent home for family and friend gatherings. I would definitly recommand this as an Ideal vacation home. It is also a great home if you are going to Disney World and have a car.

The villa was beautiful and wonderfully maintained, the pool sparkling clean and a comfortable temperature. A missing recycling bin and a defective smoke detector battery were promptly addressed by a friendly, and cheerful property manager. The pool & lanai are a lovely oasis with landscaping that provides much privacy. Communications with the owner were prompt and personal. Everything happened exactly as promised. We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Orlando area.

this home is a well maintained and very clean, its in a great position not far from the attractions, restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing, the home is in a lovely sunny position, there is a small hedge running around the garden area making the pool area nice and private. the owner of the property was very helpful, and more than happy to answer any questions i had. i was given very clear driving instructions to the porperty. and inside the villa is plenty of information on local activities, dining and shopping. our overall experince of this property, was excellent and if available i would certainly book it again.
