Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in one of Panama City Beach's newest resorts. Besides the amazing white sands, guests at Sunrise Beach Resort enjoy two outdoor pools, (one heated), located on an incredible pool deck, two spas, children's water play area, gym and covered parking on-site below the building. No long walks for parking. The complex is ideally located on the west end of the beach, yet still convenient to the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
This unit is professionally decorated in fun, beachy colors and furnishings that invite you to relax and enjoy your Florida vacation. The perfect floor to enjoy a premium view of the gulf. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise (or enjoying your drink of choice at sunset!).
We offer a garden tub in the master bath, direct access to the balcony from the master and the living room, full size washer and dryer, sleeper sofa, cable TV, free wireless internet service from the unit, and televisions in all bedrooms.
This beach get-away includes a master bedroom with a pillow top king size bed, private bath with jacuzzi tub/shower, TV/DVD, black out shades, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed,TV/DVD with adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom contains a set of bunk beds and TV/DVD/VHS. The living room enjoys a sleeper sofa and 32" TV/DVD with direct access to the balcony. Dining room seats six at the table and an additional three at the bar. In addition to lounge chairs, the balcony furniture consists of bar height table and chairs to avoid blocking those wonderful views. The kitchen is designed with granite counter tops and is fully equipped for cooking your favorites.
"See Retreat" is located inside Sunrise Beach Resort Condominium at 14825 Front Beach Road. We are exactly one mile from Pier Park and about the same distance to the Frank Brown Sports Complex.

Cancellation Policy:
Four weeks or more= Loss of deposit unless unit is rented to other tenants during scheduled rental week. If rented $100 cancellation fee applies.
Four weeks or less= Loss of deposit unless unit is rented to other tenant during scheduled rental week. If rented $200 cancellation fee applies.
Two weeks or less before arrival date = 75% of total rental amount is due
One week or less before arrival date = 100% of total rental amount is due. RESORT CHARGES $10 REGISTRATION FEE PER VISIT.

The resort and the condo were great. We stay at a different resort every year but next summer we hope to stay in this condo again. It was better than the description. It was very well stocked and maintained. The owner was very prompt in responding to our questions and there was no hassle in checking in or out. I would recommend this condo and resort to everyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great place. The property was just like the pictures. I really liked the parking garage under the condo. Everything was clean and in order in and out of the room. Kitchen was fully equiped. The owner was very prompt in answering and returning messages. I would stay in this unit again. We visited another unit in this property and the layout was the same. I really preferred our unit over theirs. The colors, the furniture, the beds etc. I recommend Sharky's restaurant. It's two hotels away and we walked. They even have a volleyball court and outside seating next to the beach. Really fun. Shipwreck Island Waterpark is two miles away. And, I recommend Signal Hill golf course which is 4 miles away. Great place! I recommend this unit.

Great place to stay. The pictures don't do it justice. It was very spacious with very comfortable beds. We hope to stay there again. You have parasailing and sea doo rentals right in front of the complex. Sharky's is two hotels down so you can walk there if you would like. We plan on staying there again on our next trip to PCB!! Nice people to deal with also.

Beautifully decorated condo, and very clean. Owner spared no expense for guest comfort. Condo has everything you need for a wonderful week at the beach! Owner very helpful and quick to answer questions.
