This lovely Vista Cay town home is complete with two King Suites and one Twin Suite, each with private bathrooms. Mattresses are Sealy PosturPedic UltraPlush; linens, of course, are included. About Time's media package includes a 42 inch flat screen plasma TV in the living room and 25 inch or 27 inch flat screen plasma TVs in each of the bedrooms. The living room also boasts a BOSE Surround Sound/DVD/CD System and PlayStation II. High speed wireless Internet access completes the media package.

We REALLY enjoyed our vacation in Orlando! We loved staying in your townhouse! It is at a great location; close to all the parks, airport, shopping. We loved the house itself; clean and very spacious. We liked the pool (great from adults to little kids), I liked the gym (they updated all equipment to the new one while we were there!) and I loved to take nice rides (on your bike) around the close-by lake and the area. We had an amazing 3 weeks, very exhausting though I think we now need another vacation!! Back from our visit to Orlando and wanted you to know how much we enjoyed staying at your beautiful townhome. We were quite comfortable and it was nice to have a full kitchen for our always eating teenagers. It was just as described on VRBO and we were quite happy with the facilities at the Resort and its close proximity to shops, grocery stores and especially Universal studios. We had a wonderful time, the house was brilliant & had everything we needed - thanks. Orlando was fabulous, we were very busy for the 2 weeks & time flew but the weather was kind to us & as a family we enjoyed everything Orlando had to offer, we just wished we could have had another week, but I guess that's always the way with holidays. The resort was great for our traveling crew. This has to be the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. It was like walking into a 5 star hotel yet with all the comforts of home.. and huge.. There was ample room for the six of us with no one tripping over each other's feet. Booking with Bob & Jennie was a pleasure, they were so accommodating and helpful.Even though it is a self catering facility, their property was still fully kitted out with towels, soap, salt, pepper, enough washing materials to get us started, and lots more little things, the basics maybe but having stayed in many self catering facilties in Europe, none of it was expected and it was greatly appreciated. Its location also is perfect, so close to everything and after a long day at the parks or shopping knowing that you were coming "home" to that beautiful house, to sink into those beautiful beds was just the icing on the cake of a fantastic holiday. I would highly recommend it to everyone/ anyone interested in heading to Orlando. You won't regret it and I certainly hope to get back soon.Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

About the owner: I teach Junior High in a rural school in Ohio. My husband and I purchased this home as an investment with our older children and absolutely love the home and the resort.
Why the Owner Chose Orlando:
Our vacation home is located centrally to everything Orlando has to offer. Orlando Convention Center is less than 1/2 mile away. Sea World, Aquatica, and Universal Studios are only 5 minutes away. Disney is only 10 minutes away. International Drive and its array of restaurants are 1 mile away. Everything is so close yet the gated resort and our home are very peaceful and away from the crowds. The resort itself is new and absolutely beautiful. It doesn't get any better than that.

Lounging by the pool, watching a movie of my choice in the resort movie theatre, biking along the lake on the bike path, just relaxing at the town home with the Bose surround sound on with my favorite music...our home provides the perfect relaxing experience. At the same time, it is so close to the excitement and wonder that Orlando is famous for. It truly is a great place to spend time with family and friends.
