This beautiful vacation villa is located close to the Orlando area a few minutes from Walt Disney World and a short drive to Sea World, Universal Studios and the Orlando Convention Center.
Champions Gate & Reunion Golf Courses are also nearby.
Our villa is situated in the peaceful community of Lake Davenport Estates, is richly furnished with many upgrades and equipped to the highest standards. We offer four-bedrooms, two-bathrooms with a spacious king-size master en suite that features a 32inch wall mounted flat screen TV, a private master bathroom with seperate shower, double sink vanity and large walk-in closet. The remaining 3 bedrooms sleep two each with a full size and four twin beds.
This home has a family room, formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen,living room with a 63inch TV and a brand new games room.
The enclosed south-west facing swimming pool attracts maximum sunshine and can be heated as an optional extra during the winter season. Our ammenities include linens, towels, Playstation, 4 TVs with cable/DVD/VCR. Free high speed internet access. A great selection of books,games and movies for your entertainment.

Our vacation home is licensed by the State of Florida. It is maintained by a professional management company that maintains 24 hour 7 day per week service for the guests.

The Palms also has a community pool, tennis court, basketball court and children's play area for your enjoyment.

The Publix Supermarket is just five minutes drive away on the 192 with shops and restaurants just a couple of minutes further.

The Palms is the perfect location for your holiday in Orlando.
