Enjoy a palatial master bath with views of Narragansett Bay. A 2 min.walk to Little beach with boating,fishing & swimming. A 15 mim. walk to Kelly Beach (Bonnet). If you are not in the mood to walk, you can catch the bus at the end of your street-seasonal.
With 4 bedrooms(a large dorm rm),with a loft it (sleeps 12), three full baths. This is a great house for entertaining with,a family room, loft area and eat-in bar and beautiful out door shower. Ample off street parking. Clients need to bring their own sheets,towels, beach chairs and beach toys.Don't forget that volley ball net, the back yard is large. Clients say it is well suppled. $2,200 per week with discounted additional weeks. Ask us for recommendations. Great for the handycap. Hurry, the weeks are going fast!

My family and I (6 adults, 4 children ages 4,6, 13,15),stayed in this lovely home the first week of July. The house was immaculate. My husband, who has trouble with stairs, was able to walk right in and also was able to walk onto the deck any time he wanted from the first level. There are great waterviews from the deck, as well as from the upstairs balcony. The grandkids took to the loft instantly and spent quite a bit of time there when they weren't out at the beach. We were able to grill steaks on the large gas grill, and there is even a large pot for lobsters. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need with plenty of dishes, glasses, toaster and even an iron. The washer and dryer came in handy and allowed us to not have to pack many clothes. The house is centrally located to several restaurants, and the ferry into Block Island and Newport. My family spent most of their time at the beach and we were treated to a nice display of fireworks that were set off at the end of the street on July 4th. Both Nancy and Tony were readily available and were very helpful when my granddaughter could not get internet access. We have already been in touch with the Grello's about coming back next year. We can't wait and would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking for a great summer getaway. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. Looking forward to seeing you next year.

Our family (seven adults and four children/teens) had a wonderful time when we rented this property during the summer of 2009. The house was clean, well appointed, and accomodated all of us. There were gorgeous views of the bay (from several rooms and the porch), which was just a short walk away. The master suite was especially nice. Since we had come from three different states, it was good that there was plenty of room to park our four cars on the property. We appreciated the availability of the owners and their help regarding where to go in the area. Our family enjoyed kayaking, biking, exploring all the beaches and a day in Newport. We definitely recommend it - we are all going back this summer!
