Location: Pinnacle Port, Sunnyside, Panama City Beach Area, Florida North West, Florida, USA (3 miles East of Rosemary Beach, 5 miles West of Pnamac City)

Accommodations:  Townhouse/Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6-7)

Flip-Flop, unit 5-A, was remodeled in Fall of 2005 and all appliances and linens replaced, new carpeting in bedrooms and new tile floors in kitchen, den and bathrooms. Ramsgate Harbor is close to the action but far enough away from high-rise buildings, traffic or tourism to avoid the stress of an over crowded area.

The property is located in Bay County on old Hwy 98 (or 23011 Front Beach Road), beside Carillon Beach. Phillips Inlet is nearby so you can water-ski, back water fish, jet ski and afternoon crabbing, etc... Grocery shopping is less than a block away. The two large balconies allow breezes all day/night long and keep you cool in the shade. There are several restaurants nearby such as Spicey Noodle or Bayou Bill's for a unique family atmosphere or try The Terrace or Shades for an adult dining experience. The locals have always enjoyed breakfast at Sunny Side Grill or Thomas Donuts which is a 5 minute ride East down Front Beach Road. (ask for my additional photos)

This is a great family retreat located 15 minutes from water parks, fish aquariums and great golf courses. Beach chair rentals are also on site (as well as property maintenance available if needed).   • Me and my 2 sons went down July 13th thru the 19th. This has to be the best condo and complex in PCB. Great location too. 3 miles to the new Pier park and easy access to back beach rd. to go to the main part of PCB. Thanks David for a great condo

  • Stayed here for Spring Break 2008 with my Mom & 3 kids. Unit was spacious and decorated well. Not crowded, very family friendly. David was very nice & took great care of us. Close to 30-A and Panama City Beach. We hope to return soon!

  • Thanks for a wonderful vacation! The condo was great, with tasteful decor, and a great view of the beach! It was also very roomy, as we had three adults, one teenager, and a toddler, and we did not feel cramped at all! Very nice quiet end of the beach, convenient to either PC or Destin, with very close grocery stores!

  • My family and I stayed the week of the 4th of July and it was wonderful. The view is amazing. The beach and the pool both were not crowded with people. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The condo owner is also very nice and helpful as well.

  • This was our first visit to the Florida panhandle and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The condo was perfect - just what we were looking for - with the beautiful beach just steps away. The area is great for exploring, too; lots of unique beach towns just minutes away.
