- south facing, a big saloon and dinner room with its 2 big french windows to the garden and the pool
- further the pool and tennis court
On the left wing :
- a corridor serves 4 spacious double bedrooms : 2 doublerooms (2 beds 180×200), 1 doubleroom (180×200) with its bathroom shower only, 1 doubleroom (200×200) and its spacious bathroom and dressing-room
