As good as was advertised! Our stay was fabulous. The view of the Mederteanean from the terrace while sharing a meal and wine with my wife we be remembered forever. Everything about this villa was organized and well thought through. The owners are very friendly and cooperative. The beds were the best I ever slept in in Spain which is known for having very hard mattresses in general. The wireless internet was working perfect and we would have been lost without it. The villa has one of the best views in the area. I can highly recommend this villa to anyone who needs a rest from the hustle and bustle of life!!!Did you find this review helpful? We have just arrived home after a week in Cullera. The villa is spectaular and the view really is as good as the pictures show. Ivan and his dad were great. The villa is truly beautiful set on the side of a steep hill you can see the whole of Cullera bay and beyond, excellent facilites beautifully furnished. You do need to be fit if you want to walk down and back to the fabulous beaches (All Blue flag) as there are around 150 steps : ) or hop down in the car, plenty of carparking all free. Cullera is very spanish and the people were very friendly, the local resturants were good (great Paella). There are a few small shops near the villa but a quick 10 min drive away are larger supermarkets. Cullera has a water park which is great for kids big and small very well maintained and had abundance of life guards keeping everyone safe. You can take picnics in but there are plenty of places to get food at very good prices. We had a great time in Cullera. The house was just as we had hoped for it to be. Owner was very nice & helpful. He met up with us when we had a hard time finding the house, and he also helped us with other request that we had, other than the house rental. We were at the house for on week, which was great. The house has a stunning view on the ocean! Great pool, but the water was a bit cold. The rooms are big each with a bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms also had a balcony with a great view. The owners are very nice and had a welcome lunch prepared for as that was delicious. We definitely reccomend this house. The villa is located in a fantastic position high above the town of Cullera. It is very well appointed with great facilities and well equipped. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is excellent. All the rooms are very spacious. Although there is adjacent development, the house is not overlooked and has beautiful views across the bay to Gandia and Oliva. Unless you are very fit you will need a car to get to the beach (and back!). Cullera is very Spanish - we did not hear an English voice in two weeks. Plenty of restaurants ranging from beach front paella joints to high quality at Salvia below the castle and El Salvador on the estuary. Beaches are great ranging from child friendly and crowded near the town to wilder and uncrowded to the north of the town. We had a great stay and Ivan and his father Rafa could not have been more attentive and helpful.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

This villa is spectacular. If you are looking for a beautiful house, perfect view, pool, and space to spread out, then this is it. The pictures are accurate. We split the cost between 3 couples and 4 children aged 4-11 and flew in/out of Valencia. The villa is about 45-60 minutes from the airport. After meeting Ivan in Cullera, he escorted us to the house. The villa was very clean and well maintained. We had no problems. For us (with younger children), the beach was a bit far to walk to (but very nearby) but we had no problems driving (5-10 minutes) and hauling all the provided equipment (umbrellas, boogie boards, towels, etc.). One of the couples with us did walk to/from the beach with no problems. Would I rent it again or recommend to family? Absolutely. We loved the pool and our biggest decisions were "pool day" or "beach day". We did not utilize the tennis club. We did a lot of our own cooking/meals - Cullera has plenty of grocery stores or restaurants. There is a nearby tapas restaurant that was fantastic. We really had a great time - as far as we could tell, this is the best available house/villa in Cullera. This was a great vacation; a huge clean villa, an unbeatable view, awesome pool, great hosts and a chance to soak in some Spanish sunshine. We look forward to the opportunity to rent again. Thanks Ivan!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.
