The master suite has sliding doors to the balcony, a king-size bed, matching dresser with mirror, two night stands,walk-in closet, master bath with dual mirrored vanities, separate shower and a soaking tub. Also included is a Hearing Impaired a Smoke Detector for your safety and convenience.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet and a Flat Panel T.V/VCR in a cabinet with plenty of drawer space. The third bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, flat panel TV with DVD player, and a wall to wall closet. The second bath is accessible from both the second bedroom and the foyer.
The modern, fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and an island. The laundry room has a washer, dryer and utility sink.
Unit Amenities: Local telephone service, High Speed Internet, high efficiency central air conditioning, cable TV, color flat panel TV's, DVD/VCR players; the Kitchen has, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with in-door water and ice, cooking utensils are provided; bed linens, beach and bath towels are also provided; washer/dryer, utility sink and iron; the unit has ceiling fans in living room and in the second and third bedrooms; the spacious balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture.Our Building has a secured keypad entrance, two elevators, and plenty of parking. Please, no smoking and no pets, no loud parties in our unit. The association does not allow boats, motor homes, trailers, house trailers or camping trailers on site. RV parking is available nearby (Jetty Park) at an additional cost.

I spent 6 weeks in this beautiful, well decorated condo. The building is new and is located in a beautiful gated community just a short distance from the beach. There is high speed internet connection. The kitchen is new and very well equipped. The master bath is huge with a very large day tub I found an additional surprise. It's located close to Cape Kennedy and you can watch the Space shuttle launches from the beach or tour the space center. Orlando is just an hour away. The owner is very helpful and professional. She has an assistant that lives nearby and will help you during your visit. Don't miss this beautiful condo. I'll be back next year.

The condo is absolutely gorgeous!! It is located very close to everything and is very tastefully decorated. The owner is super nice and everything was just as perfect as the picture on the internet. The beach was wonderful too! We had the best vacation ever at this rental and highly recommend it!!! |
