The unit has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and has modern comfortable contemporary furnishings throughout. The master suite has sliding doors to the balcony, a king-size bed, matching dresser with mirror, two night stands,a walk-in closet, master bath with dual mirrored vanities, separate shower and a soaking tub. Also included is a Hearing Impaired a Smoke Detector for your safety and convenience.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet and a Flat Panel T.V/DVD/VCR in a cabinet with plenty of drawer space. The third bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, flat panel TV with DVD player, and a wall to wall closet with a four drawer storage unit. The second bath is accessible from both the second bedroom and the foyer.
The modern, fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and an island. The laundry room has a washer, dryer and utility sink.
Unit Amenities: Local telephone service, High Speed Internet, high efficiency central air conditioning, cable TV, color flat panel TV's, DVD/VCR players; the Kitchen has, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with in-door water and ice, cooking utensils are provided; bed linens, beach and bath towels are also provided; washer/dryer, utility sink and iron; the unit has ceiling fans in living room and in the second and third bedrooms; the spacious balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture.Our Building has a secured keypad entrance, two elevators, and plenty of parking. Please, no smoking and no pets, no loud parties in our unit. The association does not allow boats, motor homes, trailers, house trailers or camping trailers on site. RV parking is available nearby (Jetty Park) at an additional cost.
Upon arrival, our property manager will greet you and provide you with an orientation of the unit and the surrounding community. She will be on site to take care of any concerns that you may have regarding our unit.

The beach was just a short walk away as was the pools. We enjoyed the peacocks that were on the grounds and everyone there were friendly and helpful. Nice personal touch when the owner called to make sure we had everything we needed. Great place to vacation!

Both my wife and I are retired. She is a retired telephone company executive and I a retired high school principal. We love sitting on the beach taking in the sun and taking walks along the seashore.

Absolutely fabulous condo, everything is exactly as stated in the write-up. A representative met us when we moved in and explained everything we would need to know about the condo, keys, security, and answered all our questions. The owner again called the first day to make sure everything was okay. We had a wonderful time in this huge condo. It was bigger than our house and we always had plenty of room as we moved through the beautifully decorated getaway. The full size washer and dryer were a big help. All you have to do is bring a small suitcase with two changes, because every thing else is provided. A full kitchen was great for our breakfasts and lunches, because with at least 100 great restaurants of every kind within 10 miles (most from 1/2 to 5 miles) who wouldn't go out to dinner. We WILL be back next April. P.S. Cape Canaveral and its sister Cocoa Beach are the best kept beach secrets in Florida!!!!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This condo was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. On days when the weather was not conducive for beaching it was a pleasure to just relax inside. The beach itself is beautiful and we loved watching the ships go out to sea. We were also able to watch the suttle from the beach. It was a great getaway from the north.

I rented this condo for 5 months while working away from home. I felt as if i was home each time I walked through the door after a long day at work. This condo is very comfortable and welcoming. You literally do not have to bring anything but yourself and your suitcase. Everything else is provided. The condo is beautifully furnished with upscale furnishings. The master bedroom and bath are a wonderful location for a retreat from everyday stress. Entry to the beach is steps away from this unit. And unless you need more beach chairs, a couple of chairs, umbrellas, and mats, are provided for use. If you are looking for a 3/2 condo unit in Cape Canaveral, you won't be disappointed choosing this unit. To make things even better, the owners were great and very accommodating.

I stayed here with my partner and my parents. The bedrooms were comfortable, and stylish and the kitchen had every amenity I could ask for. I had the best Florida vacation ever! This unit is the best place to relax, and enjoy your vacation. I would highly recommend. The owners were also helpful, and nice.

The condo was beautiful with every amenity. What a wonderful place to stay!! It was just a short walk to the beach, where it, also, was beautiful. A heated pool and heated lap pool was on premises. The condo was roomy and filled with extras including beach chairs and umbrellas, also pots/pans/dishes needed to make any meal. We really enjoyed the large double balcony. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The location was perfect. Only a 3 mile drive (or bike ride) to Cocoa Beach area, and Port Canaveral is nearby. The owners have taken care to make their condo warm and homey which gave us a comfortable, memorable get away for a month.

We stayed at this lovely condo with our daughter and grandchildren in March of 2007. It has great beds, nice big washer & dryer in the unit and a big open concept kitchen with granite counters. There is also a huge balcony that is like another room. The heated pool and beach are very conveniently located. We would call it a deluxe condo.
