Everything was up to the promises made on this site, and bit more. Exellent location close to beach, supermarkets, restaurant and bars. Everything is just few blocks away. This beautiful loft was everything the listing says it is! The owner was very accomodating and the loft itself was perfect. Everthing you need for business or pleasure in the Miami area. Not only is it convenient to all South Beach has to offer but easy access to all major roadways which was very convenient for my business commute. Nice relaxing pool which during my stay was basically my private getaway without anyone to bother you. I would recommend this beautiful home for anyone considering a vacation in Miami Beach. I work from the area one week per month and will look into staying here again! So much better than the hassels of hotels on the beach. -James, San FranciscoDid you find this review helpful? This condo is everything the pictures portray it to be. The owner James was very friendly and efficient from inquiry all the way through the visit. Carlos, the property manager is very helpful and makes himself available to you. It is in walking distance to everything but set on beautiful 5th street where you are away from the loudness of Collins and Ocean. The condo was very clean, stocked with fresh linen, towels and everything you would need to cook in the kitchen. Everything was perfect. I’m actually hoping to book the condo again for my trip back to Miami this August!!! I recommend this condo to anyone that wants to stay in a well maintained luxury property in SoBe without all of the hustle and bustle of Ocean/Collins or headaches of staying in a hotel.Owner response: Thank you for the review!
