In a 100 hectares property, with beautiful waterfalls and nice trails, in the hills of Ojochal, in the Southern Pacific Coast of Costa Rica is located this luxury house.

With gorgeous views to ocean and mountain from the terrace, bedrooms, living room and all house. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The principal characteristic of the house is the interesting design and location. It has 3 bedrooms, with air conditioning (2 queen size beds and 1 king size bed), all bedrooms has its own closet and bathroom with hot water. The Master bathroom has a hot tub.The laundry room has washer and dryer.Living Room with comfortable couches, satellite TV, DVD, CD player and stereo system.
The house and the property have excellent cellphone coverage.Modern fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, blender, coffee maker, toaster and cooking utensils provided. Dining table for 8 people.The garden around the house is gorgeous.

There are over 5 waterfalls over 150 tall on the property. One 90 meter fall is directly off the road. Two are within a 30 minute adventurous yet easy hike. Others are for more skilled hikers and can be gotten to within a 1 hour hike.

Great place, tucked away high up in the rainforest, where you feel like you have your own mountain. Great waterfall pool to swim in, other waterfalls to take great pictures. The house is so well nestled in the forest that you can see various kinds of monkeys, toucans, etc.. right from your front porch and back porch. If you're looking for a remote getaway, this is the place for you. The security guard was fantastic with helping and any kind of assistance, as well as, a great tour guide and surf instructor.

Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful stay. This place has an amazing view of the mtns and beaches. There is a few waterfalls in walking distance. Just gorgeous natural surroundings. We absolutely loved our stay and at this beautiful place. Can't wait to get back for a longer stay! Thank you Banti and Alendro! You guys provided an awesome experience.
