This is my third time renting this condo, and I love how close it is to Lewes restaurants and fine shops, the sunny balcony with views over the canal, and the beach a short distance away. It's very cozy and comfortable. I've been here on my own, with family, and with friends, and each time has been just lovely. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and the rental is very good value. Highly recommend it to others with kids or without, with cars or for renting bikes and exploring.

Recommended for:Families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed at this great little condo while we were checking out the town of Lewes as a possible retirement spot. Perfect location, perfect size - convenient to everything, spotlessly clean - and even the weather cooperated. We loved sitting out on the balcony and just watching the world go by. Walked to nice restaurants for dinner and loved strolling around the town just across the bridge. Yes, this is it. We'll be using this condo as our 'base of operations' to come back down and find our dream home. thanks for making it all so easy and for having the sun shining for us!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo features a beautiful view of the canal, and was very clean and comfortable. It was reasonably spacious for a family of four.

This condo is very well located, just across the canal bridge from all the Lewes shops and restaurants. The balcony is a real treat, great for a drink and viewing autumn sunsets. We hope to come again.

Exactly what we were looking for - a comfortable condo, an idyllic location, quiet, close to the beach and the state park for fishing and hiking, with a pool, nice restaurants within walking distance or short drive. And, the commercial areas are only minutes away if one chooses to visit. Will definitely be back.

This condo was ideal for our minivacation. We needed a quick recharge and got just that. Very comfortable and nicely equipt. The view of the canal was the icing on the cake!

We had a really nice stay. The condo was very nice and the view was fantastic! We enjoyed watching the boats in the canal and even got to enjoy a 4th of July boat parade! The location was good, also....a short walk to the beach and a nice bike ride to Cape Henlopen State Park.

We had a wonderful stay. The location couldn't be better. The views from the balcony over the canal to historic Lewes are incredible - especially looking down the canal at sunset! Your place is lovely. It was just what we were looking for. The view off the deck, looking out over the canal and across Lewes was breathtaking. We arrived just at sunset and it was gorgeous! Easy walk into historical Lewes and the many eateries and sights there, and only 1/2-mile to the city beach. We'd love to come back!!
