This modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath is part of an 8 unit historical building that was completely remodeled 5 years ago.
The design team received the award for Costa Rica House of the Year for Interior Design for 2010.
It has dark hardwood floors, slate countertops, Bosch appliances and a huge open kitchen and 10 ft high ceilings.
The marble bath bath and glass and wenge wood vanity complete the best way to enjoy your stay in South Beach.
Ipod sound system and flat screen TV for your entertainment. Wifi Internet access. 929 Michigan is right in the middle of South Beach -- walking distance to all the bars, nightclubs, beaches and restaurants, but still located on a quiet residential street.
If you aren't here to play the condo has the easiest access to the causeway to head downtown and to work or to the I-95.

We stayed here over a weekend for a bachelorette party in South Beach and couldn't have been more pleased. It was my second time visiting South Beach and I found that staying in this spacious condo was much nicer, spacious, and more accomodating overall than my previous stay in a botique hotel. I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Location was nice, It is a short walk to the beach, shopping, food, etc. The unit and building was very clean and safe. I have no complaints other than the fact that sound travels easily in the building...the unit below us must have had children as we could hear them crying in the morning, but this was still not much of an issue for us...and would not impact any future decision to stay here again..it was still tremendously quiter than if we had stayed in a hotel. The photos and description of this unit are very accurate. We had a car (it was nice to have a place to park it right outside the building) but everything was within walking distance so we never even moved it. One evening we went into the city by taxi and found that it was also very affordable. Elizabeth was also a pleasure to do business with.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

EVERYTHING was great. Elizabeth is the BEST all around. Ive stayed twice (may & june) and LOVED it. She goes beyond just making it a great place but having EVERYTHING you would possibly need without ever having to step outside!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Thanks Elizabeth for the great service! We loved to stay in your property, the apartment(s) are stylish and excellent equiped. Good walking distance to the beach and Flamino Park with a nice children playground is just around the corner.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

It was our first time to Miami South Beach and after doing hours of research we decided to stay at this condo and we are so glad that we did. The apartment is clean, has a fantastic location ( a few blocks to the beach and a 15 minute walk to Lincoln Road Mall) and is very reasonably priced. The owners are helpful, responsive and trustworthy. I cannot fault this place and would definitely stay there again if I was in South Beach. S :o)Recommended for: Girls getaway.

We stayed at this place 3 nights and had a great experience! Fully furnished and equipped apartment makes you feel like home! Its moderly furnished- European Style!!!!!you hAve everything there to spend a wonderful time while in Miami -regardless of the length of your stay! Just bring yourself over!!!!!!!Just couple blocks away from the center of Miami busiest streets!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great condo. Very safe, modern and clean. This is the first time my husband and I rented a condo during a vacation (instead of staying in a hotel) and we will certainly do it again. We saved money (hotels in Miami Beach cost around $200/night - depending on when and where you're staying) and the condo is very safe, modern and clean. Although it's only blocks away from the beach and nightlife, the condo building is very quiet. We will absolutely stay at this condo again in our next trip to Miami Beach!Owner response: Thank you so much for your lovely review !!
