Located in the heart of South Beach, The Setai has the elegance and sophistication that one expects from the people that brought you the Aman Resorts of Asia. This privately-owned, custom designed, one-bedroom suite, has breathtaking views of the beautiful white sand beach just steps from your condo.

We would love to have you as our guest and we truly respect your time. Due to these Luxury Condo's being very upscale in a very prime location in South Beach, on the water with absolutely stunning views, we are unable to negotiate our rates any lower. Some rates are 70% off what the resort would charge for the same Condo. We ask that each guest review our rates for the time periods you would like to visit before submitting a request for more information. Rates are as follows:

Hi Ron, Thank you so much for letting us stay at your condo! We had a wonderful weekend! The Setai and your condo is awesome; we all loved the views and the music in the bathroom. We went to some great restaurants, Ola being our favorite. The chef/owner is opening a restaurant here in NYC's Meat Packing District. It will be fun to try. It feels great coming back to the cold with a suntan. I hope we left everything in order for your housekeeper. Many thanks again for your kindness, Louisa

Dear Ron, We had a wonderful time at your home. The weather was beautiful, the location perfect and we loved the day beds!!. Thank you for providing such a lovely venue. The people at the desk and door and pool were lovely. It was a very successful vacation. We are hoping to do it again. Right now we are trying to figure out if our kids might want to join us and then your apt. is much too small (do you have any larger places?)but if we do 2 separate trips we will definitely return. thanx again, Lynne

Ron - You have a great place. We will definitely be back. If you ever need a reference do not hesitate to use me. Any chance of a late check out on Monday(2 or 3:00). Dear Ron, We had an awesome time. My daughter has asked me to find out if you rent for extended stays. Everything was wonderful.....The resort was great and the service outstanding. We checked into the regents for the last night and my girls were constantly comparing the resorts. Well, complaining that they left the setai. Ron, We had a great time. There was a lot of haze due to fires in North Miami but it was still amazing. I will come back next year for 5 nights. May is a great time to be in Miami. Thanks again, Carol.

Ron, We had a great stay, although the nights proved a little chilly. Your place is beautiful. We even broke in the pots and pans with a home cooked Turkey dinner after shooting the wad at the Setai restaurant (tasty Nan) and the Forge the previous two nights. My girl wants an Espresso machine for Xmas now, thanks! We're definitely spoiled now and probably couldn't stay anywhere else, save the penthouse. I think we're going to Key West for a May wedding and may take you up for a few days afterwards/ Once again, thank you for your hospitality and doing your best to make everything wonderful, George
