This is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Beach cottage. This is the place for you. Sit on the front porch and watch the boats travel the ICW and relax at the marvel of this picture perfect scenery. Spectacular IntraCoastal Waterway and Ocean Views. If you enjoy the peace and serenity of being at the ocean, than this is the place for you to relax. It has lots to offer. Very clean and well kept. The house is located on the mainland side of the intracoastal waterway which has a great unobstructed view of the water. We are 5 minutes away from the beach access at North Topsail beach ,and the North Shore Country Club golf course is also nearby. This is a Non smoking unit.

For the fisherman and all you boat lovers there is a boat slip down the street within our community to launch your boat. If you like Clamming, Fishing, and Swimming, this is the place for you.

The cottage is tastefully decorated and would make a nice place to spend your next vacation. Call or email us for your accomodations. We will be glad to assist you.

  • We stayed in your beach house for the weekend...what a beautiful house. Kitchen is Huge and so is that beautiful front porch over looking the waterway. Furnishings tastefully done and I would stay here over and over again! Short drive to the beach but just far enough to have alot of peace and quiet. Sat on the front porch one night and watched a thunderstorm come in. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Thank for sharing your house with us...Hope to see it again Labor Day weekend!!!!

  • We stayed in this house the last weekend of September. The house is very nice and bright. The view of the waterway is great - we saw porpoises in it every day! It's just a few minutes drive to the beach. A quiet place and we would definitely stay here again.

  • The house was clean and comfortable. I loved the kitchen. The view was great, the kids loved watching all the different boats go back and forth. We also caught some crabs in the water in front of the house. It is perfectly located, close to everything you want to do, and far enough away to be a peaceful get away.

  • This house was perfect for our stay! Clean, beautifully decorated, all the amenities we needed. My kids loved watching the boats and birds out the windows. Having such a great view of the ICW was truly a plus. And, there are glimpses of the ocean that are great too! The house was conveniently located to the beach, some shopping, and the back gate of Camp Lejeune. For us it was perfect! If we are ever back in Sneads Ferry, we'll absolutely check for this house's availability!
