  Condo was clean and spacious,great location everthing you need out side your door.Didn't need a car took the trolly everywhere. Beautiful ocean view and great pool area. The owner was very helpful if you had any questions.Over all we had a great experience,would rent this condo again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

  This condo is fantastic! Sand key is one of the best beaches in Florida and this condo has it all! From updated appliances, electronics and bathrooms, to the spacious floorplan, and ocean-front view. The owners are very responsive, and take great care and pride in the place. My Mum has stayed at this condo a few times now and comes back every year to this specific unit! This is a true get-away. I recommend this condo to everyone!

  My wife and I had a great time at the condo. Convinient location, a truly hot, hot tub and comfortable swimming pool. Marriott and Sheraton just a couple of minutes walk. Good walking beach outside your door. Friendly security guards at the drive in entrance to the building 24/7 (so you don't worry about your car, and golf clubs etc inside). Washers/dryers just outside the condo door. Reliable wireless inside the condo. Owner very nice and easy to deal with. Energy of Clearwater beach is a healthy walk over the pedestrian-friendly bridge and around the corner. Lots of good places to eat, and lots of 3 or 4 star golf courses within a 1 hour drive. Both north and south. Check Golf Digest for rankings and use golfnow or teeofftampabay or paradisegolf for up to 60% off rates. Really liked Fox Hollow, Saddlebrook, Stoneybrook, Waterlefe (tough!) and World Woods (1 and 1/2 hours north). All outstanding.

  My husband and I rented this property in June 2011 along with our two young sons ages 5 and 8. We had an exceptional time and would absolutely rent again. The condo is immaculate and the ammenities are all anyone would want in a beach get-away. I was a little worried that my sons would go stir-crazy, but they had an absolute ball with the beach in their backyard (the pool and hottub were also a big hit). The owner is extremely helpful in answering any questions one might have and is just a phone call away if need be. I would definitely recommend this condo to any family or friends.

  This property is perfect. We stayed at this condo and unit last year with 1 child and returned this year with 2! The unit is clean, beautifully renovated and perfectly located. The owner is very nice, accessible, helpful and accommodating. The balcony has a stunning view of the ocean and makes for great relaxation. The neighbors are very nice and so are all the others we have come accross during our 2 trips. It is a quite building but no one makes you feel bad if you have your kids or baby... my 3 year old loves it there! The pool is clean and nice, and the beach is beautiful. This time aorund there was a boardwalk built to access the beach which was a real nice surprise! Having travelled there 2 times, we have truly realised that this was the ideal location. Out of the craziness of the Clearwater beach (Pier 60) but close enough to everything that we were out and about all the time without feeling far from anything at all. If you feel lik edriving there is tons to do with or without children and best of all, if you don't feel like driving there is a plaza directly accross the street that has restaurants, shopping and ice cream, not to mention a great little boardwalk on the water! All in all, our experience with the unit and the area have been GREAT! The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful, the unit and fantastic and most importantly your mind can be at ease renting from this owner as she is very nice, honest, accommodating and helpful!   Hello Nathalie, With Xmas just 2 weeks after arriving home Ihad so much to do. My son was home from out west after 7 yrs. It was so good to see him &fortunately he was able to visit me in Sand Key. He really enjoyed it. The month of Nov.was beautiful. We were able to use all the commodities--hot tub,pool,beautiful beach. The Trolleys were very convenient &we were able to rent a car for the last week..It turned quite cold the last 2 weeks--about 40 but we still managed to do a lot of sight-seeing Xmas shopping, went to John,s Pass a couple of times. The weather was cold everywhere so I,m sure this was not the norm. In any case I really hope I will be able to return in the future. The condo was a welcome treat, spacious &beautifully decorated..I will be highly recomending it to family & friends..Fondly Christine

  . Remodel was finished a month or so before we arrived so kitchen and bathrooms were new. Master bedroom is also new .A new big screen tv in livingroom couch and chairs were a bit worn but over all the condo was fresh and clean.The owner was helpful and always answered questions in a timly manner.The location is on the beach with nearby parks ,good restaurants and small shopping center across the street.
