Premier 1 Bedroom unit, 1 minute walk to beach.
Our villa was completely re-modeled, including ceramic tile, hardwood floors, all new appliances and granite counter tops. We offer a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen pullout sofa in the living room, a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Our screened in porch overlooks the quite woods and wildlife of Kiawah Island.
Our villa is located in West Beach Village and is a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to restaurants, The Straw Market Shops, West Beach Tennis Club, Fitness Center and Cougar Point Golf Course. Kiawah's four other championship golf courses including the famed Ocean Course are less than a 10 minute drive away. The Ocean is the home of the 2007 Senior PGA Championship and the 2012 PGA Championship.
Our villa is conveniently located near The Sanctuary, Kiawah Island's luxury hotel and spa as well as the Night Heron Park Nature Center. Our 1 bedroom villa is ideal for a romantic getaway or golfing trip. Our spacious master bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa will comfortably accommodate up to four.
