King size bed and two twins, also a full size futon mattress for two children or one adult. Quality linens provided, beach towels too. Tv's in both bedrooms and in the living room area, Tv can be viewed from the kithcen area as well while you are preparing your meals. Kitchen does have an icemaker, crockpot, all pots and pans and bakeware.
WIFI in this unit with desk area for you to work or play on the internet while you are here with your laptop.
E12 has hardwood floors in main living area and carpeted bedrooms. Master bedroom features a 5' vanity and mirrored area, walk thru closet and soaking tub with shower.
Second bedroom has the two twins which are very comforatble and the fold up futon mattress if you need a place for a 5th person to sleep.
Heated pool is next to this E building and clubhouse is an easy walk if you want to exchange a book, workout or just want to meet and greet other guests.
Quiet months on St. Simons are August, September and October. Winter months bring our snow birds flocking to us. The winter guests return year after year and special cocktail parties are organized so that everyone can meet during their stay.
The island has many great golf courses, our favorite is Hampton Club on the north end of the island. Oak Grove Island offers the best rates and is a 30 minute drive to the mainland.
You can walk down to the pier for coffee and again for the sunset. The village area is the heart of this island and it is very easy to ride your bike there or jog. The lighthouse has been recently renovated and is open for tours again, there is putt putt golf and a large picnic area here as well.

Ocean Walk has two pools, lots of lounge chairs, grills, fitness center, 16 beautiful acres, fishing in lake. Sun by the pools, play pool volleyball, picnic under the oaks or play tennis. Business Center with computer hookups or WIFI and clubhouse. Onsite manager during weekdays. Front pool is heated during winter months--usually until March.
Golfing is a great draw here on St. Simons Island as are Kayaking and boy do we have enough history to keep the history buff in your family busy!

Hello! THE MAP IS OFF A LITTLE TO THE LEFT, MALLERY STREET IS SAME STREET AS THE PIER! PIER IS AT END OF MALLERY, NOT IN THE OCEAN! YOU CAN WALK TO PIER FROM OUR LOCATION BYWAY OF THE BIKE PATH, WELL LIGHTED.
I drove onto St. Simons in 1980 and immediately knew this was where I wanted to spend the rest of my life! My husband and I went back home, gave two weeks notice and moved to St. Simons and have never regretted it!
We love this island and all of the things that you can find to do that are free. It is a beautiful place. The bike paths that now encompass the island are such a nice addition. The village area with all of its charm is a draw for vistors and locals alike!
I am a Real Estate Broker who manages Ocean Walk Homeowners Association and about 50 other properties. My husband manages the King and Prince Golf Resort at Hampton Club.
Our kids are so lucky to have been born here and to be able to ride their bikes to the beach, ball fields, etc. It is a safe environment and very family friendly.

We decided to try the east cost since our usual stay in Alabama was so iffy. We found this condominium and chose it because it was the most reasonable and was close to everything. Sometimes you read that you are close to everything, this place really was and easy walk down the bike paths. We borrowed bikes from the owner and rode around the island. This particular unit was very well equipped, all bedding was very comforatable and clean. Plenty of towels and having the extra dvd was a life saver at bedtime for the kids. It was nice being able to wash our suits when we returned each day. Very quiet too, we slept like babies. Could have been all of the fresh air but it was nice. Our teenager liked that he could use the computers in the clubhouse so he could get away from us sometimes! He met several other kids and the pool and played pool volleyball for hours. The trees and area are so quaint, it is truely a find. We will come back because we really enjoyed this low key place with lots of great restaurants. Grocery store was only about a mile away and there was a movie theater on the island for the day it rained on us. This area is also one of the most pet friendly places we have ever been. Outdoor cafes welcomed max. My mom who wore down easy was happy to stay onsite to read under the oaks, it was a really safe area even at night. Well lighted parking and the bike path to the restaurants was even lighted well to walk at night. We liked Mullet Bay. pier at Gascoinge Bluff for fishing, bike paths. Really liked Ocean Walk because the kids and my mom could get outside and were safe.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

GREAT ACCOMODATIONS!!! We visited the condos last summer and had a great time. The unit was very clean and decorated very nicely. The pool was clean and fun was had by each family member ages 2 - 32. Highly Recommended

We were hesitant to stay in a complex 8 blocks from the beach, but found it was the best decision we made. This complex feels like a neighborhood, is quiet and close to everything. We loved walking to dinner each night. We were right on the bike paths and our kids could play in the complex without being hassled because there are so many wide open spaces. Tennis courts were great, and there was a basketball hoop our son liked very much. Both pools were great, we played water volleyball for hours, and met alot of people while at the pools. Bathrooms were clean, pool was well maintained too! There is computer access here too, so my husband could go to the clubhouse, make his conference calls, download his orders etc. It was just a perfect set up for him to check in with his office. There is also WIFI that can be accessed from most common areas, but we could not get it from inside our unit. We did not use the fitness center, there was too much to do and we did not fit it in, but it was clean and had all of the machines to get the job done. We would stay here again and we have recommended it to many of our friends.

This unit is comforatable, master bed has fluffy feather bed included, living room has the recliner dad needs to relax or mom needs to rock the little ones to sleep.
