Located one short block from Forsyth Park on a quiet street in Savannah's elegant historic district. The city's famous Forsyth fountain is steps from our front door. Our townhouse was constructed in 1895 and has been recently renovated and is furnished with comfortable antiques. Special qualities include a lovely private courtyard, full laundry facilities, and beautiful (yet not stuffy) furnishings.
Our first floor apartment has three large rooms plus entry hall. The front room is the living room/dining area, which is filled with light from four large windows. The back room is the bedroom with two large windows looking onto courtyard, double bed and adjoining bathroom. The kitchen is light and spacious, with all modern conveniences. The courtyard is private for use of our apartment only and is perfect for coffee or cocktails.
Located along the northern edge of Forsyth Park, our apartment is in a perfect location for city explorers. Park upon arrival and walk everywhere in Savannah; restaurants, River Street, Starland District, City Market, SCAD, grocery, shopping, museums, art galleries, antique stores, all are an easy walk. Walk to River Street in 10-15 minutes.
Parking is in front of the house on a well-lit street. No permit is required.
Tybee Island and beaches are only 20 minutes away.
Pet friendly with additional security deposit. Well-behaved dogs only. Please keep in mind that our cat comes to the property when we do. Of course we clean between all visits, but if you are allergic you might want to know about our cat. (And sorry, we can't let other cats stay as visitors, as our Riley is sort of protective of his space.)

We had a great weekend in Savannah. The condo was cozy and convenient, and it was really nice to be able to bring the dog with us. We rode our bikes almost everywhere we went which allowed us to enjoy the wonderful spring weather. Thanks!
