THIS UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL one story, 3 room, guest cottage available for rental in Seagrove Beach, Florida. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets while you relax on sugar white sand. Swim in the emerald blue water and forget your worries. Queen-size bed, sofa, dining table & chairs, liquid crystal TV with cable, VCR, DVD, video library, & stereo. Granite & Corian countertops. Luxury bathroom w/walk-in shower.
Outdoor shower w/hot & cold water for rinsing away the sand from a day of relaxing on the beach. 15' X 30' swimming pool and heated spa for the private use of owners and Beach Bungalow guests. Have the use of two bicycles, a SAVINGS OF $200+ over bike rental, to enjoy the breathtaking views on the 30-A bike paths that run parallel to the beach. Two beach chairs and an umbrella also provided, a SAVINGS OF $120+ over chair rental. Cottage has a separate and private entrance from the main residence.
Comparable lodging in Seaside or Watercolor would cost approximately $2,000 to $3,300 per week. That would not include the cost of bike or beach chair rental or the use of a non-public pool. Beach Bungalow is 1/2 mile from Seaside and closer to the beach than many Seaside homes and most homes in Watercolor.
Enjoy morning coffee on the cottage’s Adirondack loveseat facing a forest of pine trees, magnolias and coastal live oaks. It is a short walk or bike ride to the beach and only ½ mile to Seaside. The Watercolor Community surrounds our neighborhood. Explore the nature trails, state parks, bike paths, coastal dune lakes and other areas of interest along Scenic 30-A. Tucked away in a quiet area, Beach Bungalow is the perfect couples’ escape. Yet the restaurants, shopping and night life of 30-A are close at hand.
Beach Bungalow sleeps two adults. Minimum age requirement is 22. No children and no pets are allowed. There is parking for one guest vehicle only. Housekeeping charges are included. Arrive and depart on any day of the week. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A MINIMUM STAY OF 2 NIGHTS.
Payment of 50% of rent, including tax and security deposit, is due at time of making reservations. The balance must be paid no less than 30 days prior to arrival. If reservations are made less than 30 days before arrival, full amount (rent, tax, security deposit) is due at time of making reservations. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Just call to make a reservation.
BP OIL SPILL DISASTER POLICY-Everyone here on the Gulf Coast is very concerned about the BP Oil Disaster and how it may affect our lives. It is impossible to predict how badly this disaster will impact our beaches or how long it will take to cleanup the pollution. In our area, county and state officials already have personnel and equipment ready to begin the cleanup process. They will not wait for approval from BP or federal officials. Our area is full of natural wonders and has many attractions and outdoor activities in addition to our beautiful beaches. So, relax and plan your next vacation here. Due to this disaster, we have reduced our rates for the remainder of 2010 to $75 per night or $500 per week.
