This condo is located on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. It is conveniently located in Gulf Shores, Alabama a short five and a half hours from Atlanta. Among the many amenities at the property is a sauna and steam room, heated indoor/outdoor pool with a swim-thru, exercise room, indoor and outdoor hot tub, outdoor BBQ with seating area and wired and wireless Internet service.
The unit, #803, is situated on the 8th floor of the 17 story Island Royale building located at 809 W. Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores AL. The unit features a master bedroom with a king-size bed offering a spectacular view of the Gulf and direct access to the balcony, while the second bedroom features a Queen-size bed. The living room also offers direct access to the balcony and a Queen size sofa bed. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the spacious balcony is spectacular and is inviting you to enjoy your stay and relax. The fully-equipped kitchen includes granite counter tops and breakfast bar. There is a separate laundry romm with a full-size washer and dryer.
There are numerous restaurants in the area offering a full range of specialities to please any pallet. There are several grocery and convenience stores as well as many places to purchase souvenirs and shells. Other places of interest in the area are the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Bon Secure National Wildlife Preserve and many historical sites. The city of Mobile is a short 1 hour ride away where you can visit the battleship USS Alabama. New Orleans, with all its magic and fun is only 2 hours away.

My husband and I like to head to warmer places in the winter and this condo is the ideal place to stay. Our month here flew by while we enjoyed this little piece of paradise. This property is well maintained and very clean. Everything was exactly as pictured on the website. The well stocked kitchen made meal preparation preparation a breeze. Mr. Morgan handled everything in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this property!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Even though we only live an hour away from the beach; it was such a pleasure to be able to take breaks during the day to get out of the sun. This home is beautifully decorated, not your typical beach decor. We enjoyed all the comforts of home with the washer and dryer along with the two bathrooms. My children enjoyed the pools and hot tubs the most considering that there were 'red' flags the entire trip except for the day we were leaving - go figure. :) Thank you again for sharing your home with others.

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful condo! The location is great...very convenient to everything. The condo is very tastefully decorated and being right on the beach is a definite plus. We hope to return and would highly recommend it to anyone.
