Second floor: one master bedroom of 40 square metres, opening into two small balconies, with one double bed, big cupboard, air condition, a complete bathroom, bidet, double sinks, toilets, one independent toilet, one bedroom with one double bed and cupboard.

Payment
The reservation will be considered valid only after receiving deposit of 30%. The balance must be paid within 60 days prior to the start of the rental period.

Minimum Rental Period and Rates
The minimum rental period is one week, normally from Saturday to Saturday (flexibility exist on week days for check in and check out). The rental rates shown are per week.
During Christmas holidays and following conventions: MIDEM | I-DIFF | GSM World Congress |MIPTV | SIEBEL | Cannes Boat Show | MIPCOM | TFWA | GARTNER | MAPIC | ILTM rental rates are 7000 euros per week. During Cannes Film Festival, MIPIM, LIONS rental rates are 10000 euros per week.

Arrival and Departure
The arrival/departure times normally as follows: Arrival: Saturday between 17.00 hours and 20.00 hours Departure: Saturday between 08.00 hours and 10.00 hours. Except by prior arrangement.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of 3000 € is to be paid 60 days prior to the start of the rental period to cover service charges and any damage or inventory losses. The balance will be returned as soon as possible after the accounts are settled.

Cancellation Policy
In the event you are forced to cancel your reservation the following charges will apply:
More than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period - forfeit the deposit More than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period - 50% of total rent fee reimbursed.
