  The pictures of this home don’t do it justice. It is an exceptionally clean and well maintained vacation home backing directly onto a beautiful golf course. The home is surrounded by other well-kept homes, in a great neighborhood, close to the beaches, stores, reasonably priced restaurants and 4 other golf courses. The layout of this home allows you to bring the outside in. The living room has extending sliding doors that when opened, disappear behind the outside wall; allowing the lanai & pool area to become an integral part of the home bringing the great golf course view inside. The sunset is beautiful from the lanai or the living room. The screened in front porch allows for a great airflow on less humid days or during early morning. The master bedroom with it’s own Ensuite and TV is on one side of the home away from the two other bedrooms that share their own bathroom. Access to the common bathroom from the pool area is also great feature. We loved the large screen TV (not shown in the pics) in the living room along with the WiFi access. Books and DVD’s were also available for a rainy day. This is an exceptionally clean home that is very well maintained with a well equipped kitchen and barbecue. We used the bikes, lawn chairs, coolers, etc. that are all in the home. The homeowners have thought of everything. We wanted for nothing. Close by are reasonably priced restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and 4 other golf courses. The welcome book showed all the nearby attractions to visit which was greatly appreciated. We look forward to returning to this home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We are just posting 5 months later only because the homeowner has just listed this property on HomeAway. It’s a diamond in the ruff !!

  Rotonda West is a very friendly community and I highly recommend this home for your stay. It is very clean and has a great open floor plan which is perfect for both large and small groups. The pool area and lanai are large in case there is rain. We dined at many of the local restaurants (Leverock's, Faull Inn, Lock & Key, Zekes, etc...) and loved the atmosphere. The golfers in the group enjoyed their daily golf games plus the view of the course from the pool. We had a great time and are looking forward to returning to this lovely home.

  Great Vacation spot. For anyone looking for a great stay in Florida, this is the perfect spot. Wonderful location, easy to find, clean, Property is well maintained and the house close to everything you need (food, shopping, entertainment) For a golfer you could not ask for a better place to stay.

  After a long day of travelling it was so nice to enter such a lovely home to make a pleasant holiday. Immediately felt comfortable as the property was so clean, and laid out so nicely. Loved the enclosed pool, & the convience of the outside door leading directly into a washroom. I think we spent most of our entire holidays swimming, playing family games and just relaxing in that lovely pool area. It was just so quiet and peaceful. Almost wished I knew how to golf to get out on the greens. Thank you for the directions you laid out, for groceries, shopping and your favourite local restaurants (just a quick drive away). Your property was truly one of the nicest places we ever rented.

  My experience at 920 Rotonda Circle exceeded my expectations and my sister's and I had a wonderful experience. We really appreciated the friendly neighbourhood and felt like we were welcomed with open arms. There is a selection of restaurants in the area where we had great tasting food and talked with the locals. The location is terrific with a golf course in your backyard and shopping and beaches near by. The house itself is a nice layout, great for entertaining or relaxing by the pool. It was very clean and well maintained. Overall we had an excellent experience and will definitely return to this house and area for future vacations.

  I would recommend this home to anyone vacationing in the area. The house was easy to find and close to shopping and restaurants. The property itself is very well maintained, the house was extremely clean and we enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the golfers. We vacation alot in various spots in Florida and I would rate this as the nicest property we've stayed at. Definitely a 5 star!

  Perfect location. A great open plan, where u have a great view of the pool and golf course from almost everyroom in the house. Love the fact that the glass doors all slide back to extend the living space to include the pool and pool area. It's a perfect place to relax and entertain. Enjoy drinks by the pool and watch the amazing sunsets. Home is spotless and well decorated. Kitchen contains everything you need. And the BBQ is a plus! Golf courses are within minutes a way. So are restaurants and shopping. Great neighbours(we had the pleasure of meeting some of them). I recommend this place it's a 10 out of 10!!!!

  Spent New Year's in Sunny Rotonda West, Florida...the weather was just beautiful, was able to use the heated pool every day. Just loved spending our evenings out on the Lanai enjoying the most beautiful sunsets. Will definitely be staying here again.
