Famous for its wild ponies, beautiful seashore access, wildlife, unique shops and eateries, Chincoteague Island offers a retreat for sportsmen,sun-bathers and vacationers. This fabulous new canal front home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood,just minutes away from downtown shops and the beach.

Relax in a large comfortable screened room overlooking the canal and bay. The private floating dock offers accessibility to the bay and is perfect for kayaking and canoeing. This home featuring a fully equipped kitchen complete with island countertop is ideal for cooking and entertaining. Plenty of comfortable seating throughout the home including great room, den, and screened-in room.

Master Suite includes private bath, queen-size bed and spacious walk-in closet. Enjoy waking up and watching the sun rise over the canal from the second bedroom which also features a queen-size bed.

This is a tranquil neighborhood where couples and small families are anticipated.

The stepped bulkhead offers direct canal access with about a 600 foot paddle to the bay. Take a leisurely paddle across Oyster Bay over to Assateague to watch the wild ponies and birds in their natural habitat.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation to spend quality time with your family or eachother..this is it! We plan to go back next year, our boys just love it!

We caught plenty of crabs right out back in the canal and the well supplied kitchen allowed us to prepare meals when we decided to eat in.
