This a two bedroom two bath, one level villa. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom with custom raised vanities, glass shower enclosures and double sinks.
The kitchen has slab granite counters with a large breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The cabinets are fully stocked with all pots, pans dishes and utensils.
The family room and kitchen have huge bay windows that face the fairway and offer incredible views of the golf course. Just off the living room is a private, 27 foot covered balcony that also faces the course.
On the patio you will find all new patio furniture. Upon exiting the villa, the two pools, tennis courts, and complete workout facilities are only steps from the front door. Other amenities include, garage, high speed internet, full size washer dryer, cable, etc..
Guests have the option to hire our Personal Assistant. They can prepare special request meals, shop for groceries, schedule massages and your tee times. Come enjoy Scottsdale's finest golf vacation property.
