This bright two-bedroom, two-bath villa has been enhanced with every attention to detail and comfort to make your visit to Hilton Head Island a memorable one. West Indies inspired furnishings create a tropical feel that is accented by beautiful hardwood floors and bright tropical colors.
Master bedroom with king-size bed and second private bedroom with two full-size beds; both are equipped with DVD, VCR, and cable TV. Each bedroom enjoys its own private spacious bathroom, each with full showers and one of the baths offers a large separate soaking tub. Newly renovated master bathroom features spa-like couple's walk-in shower. Fully-equipped, updated kitchen with elevated breakfast bar. Living room with spectacular ocean view and balcony, and large HDTV with a Blu Ray player. Condo also has full-size washer and dryer and high-speed internet access.
SeaCrest is centrally located on the island. At your doorstep is North Forest Beach, excellent for walking, biking, and, of course, swimming! Two large outdoor swimming pools, two children's wading pools, and large outdoor hot tub are on premises. Recently renovated, fully-equipped, exercise room and indoor lap pool are available.
SeaCrest is conveniently located across the street from Coligny Plaza, home to more than 50 shops, multiple restaurants, bistros, cinema, grocery store, bakery and coffee shops. We have stayed in many places in Hilton Head but this condo has been the best. The condo is very clean. There are 2 terraces that view the ponds, pool, and beach. The view is breathtaking. Coligny is a place right across the street from the complex that has shops, restaurants, and entertainment for the whole family. There is even a grocery store to get whatever you may need for your stay. This is all within walking distance. You may rent bikes and ride the bike trails, too. Looking forward to a future stay soon.

What an amazing getaway from the hubbub of life. This villa is absolutely beautiful with a fabulous view of the ocean, pools and coy pond. To sit on one of the two terraces is breath taking and so relaxing. The renovated master suite is so luxurious. The villa has everything you could possibly want. One of our favorite parts of the week is once we parked our car, we never used it again. We rented bikes and walked or biked everywhere. The the location of Sea Crest is excellent and centrally located. Coligny Square right across the street is filled with excellent restaurants, shopping, coffee shop, grocery store, live music and much much more. The owners of this great villa obviously take great pride in the cleanliness and comfort they offer their guests. We look forward to a future visit soon.

This is the perfect condo for two couples. There are two doors that can be closed between the two master bedroom suites giving everyone as much privacy as they could possibly want. The owners were easy to reach and made us feel welcome in their "beach retreat". We expected a good view but were blown away by the unobstructed view of the Sea Crest pools and walkways and the beach and ocean beyond. We spent a day exploring Savannah which was just an hour away. We also attended the Concours d'Elegance on the island. We'll be back I'm sure.

Maybe the perfect weather had something to do with our stay... however, the condo was great! This is the perfect place to relax with a small family, girl friend getaway, or just some time with yourself and people you love. The views are absolutley FANTASTIC. The pictures shown here don't do it justice. This was a wonderful place to get together, walk to enjoy the scenery, and close to every amenity. No need to get in your car once it is parked. LOVED IT!! And the owners are so great to deal with. The process was professional but easy and uncomplicated. Again... don't let the photo's fool you... the ocean view is fantastic. We were there in October and had a great week. Great location; views are perfect; price is WONDERFUL; the entire package is a good deal. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to share his property.

We wanted to write and let you know what a wonderful time we had at your great villa.We have a home in Mexico and your view rivals it. That is saying a lot.Excellent decor and general cleanliness put us in vacation mood immediately.The kitchen is equipped with anything you could want or need.The location makes having a car not necessary.Stores restaurants beach ,pool all in comfortable walking distance.We did rent bikes ,loved the many safe flat bike paths all over the island.Your balcony is a perfect setting for afternoon cocktails and dining.Reminded us of balcony cruise ships we have been on .Anxious for our next visit Best regards and thanks. This was one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we have ever rented. Its location cannot be beat, it is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the grocery. The unit, and the entire building and pool were immaculate. Beds and furniture were comfortable, and very tasteful, the pictures presented on VRBO are truly accurate. The owners were great to deal with, timely and accurately answered all our questions. Checking in was a breeze.......we just had to show up and open the door to a wonderful week. I would highly recommend this villa, I only wish I could have stayed there longer, maybe forever!!!!!!!!

This villa is gorgeous, tastefully decorated and well maintained. We loved being in building #1 (there are three buildings at Sea Crest). It has the best view, morning sun, and is quiet. Hilton Head is very safe and family friendly, no neon here. We felt very comfortable letting our young teenage boys explore on bikes and on foot. They loved being able to walk across to Coligny shopping area. After staying in several plantations on HHI in the past, we now prefer Sea Crest. We parked under our building and only used the car once. We rode our rented bikes all over. The boys enjoyed mapping out our trips. There is a great bike trail to Palmetto Bay where we had breakfast at Sun Set Cafe. We played Pirate Golf and rode all the way to the salty dog on bikes (get around the Sea Pines guard gate by riding on the beach down South Forrest). The owners of this unit are easy to work with and have an excellent communication process. We are looking forward to returning to this unit next year!

I stayed here for the first time with my girlfriend and family. We have all been to Hilton Head Island multiple times, but I can honestly say this stay was the most enjoyable for multiple reasons. We had 5 people staying at this villa, which was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around and not get in each others way. It is obvious the villa is well kept and is decorated very nicely. The view from the villa is spectacular, especially in the mornings. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and view the beautiful Sea Crest landscape. This is very convenient in the the afternoon because the villa is in the shade to come back and relax in a cool room. The location of the villa is my favorite. It is in walking distance to Coligny, so you can keep your car parked the whole week and walk to restaurants, bars, and stores. We also rented bikes, so we never had to move our cars the whole week. Overall, this week was relaxing, easy, and very enjoyable. I recommend this villa to everyone and hope to stay here the next time I return to HHI.

Great Beach Front Getaway!

"We spent a week at 96001 in September 2010 and couldn't have had a better time. The condo is well appointed and attractively decorated. The owners have done a great job in making it a perfect beach front get away. The villa is very spacious and we took full advantage of all the amenities Sea Crest has to offer. The views of the ocean and the Sea Crest grounds from our balcomies were spectacular. The pools were great; the tiki bar at the main pool served great drinks. The beach was excellent and the ocean was calm. Every single day was sunny and hot and the ocean and pool temperatures were warm. Sunrises viewed from the beach were spectacular. (Tip: Store your beach and pool items in your vehicle; no sense lugging them back to the condo at the end of each day and by doing that you won't be carrying sand into the condo.) We rarely used our car as "The Shops at Coligny", right across the street have everything you could possibly need. Check out the hardware store; great beach items. "Steamers" restaurant serves great food for lunch and dinner and there's a great little bakery for your morning pastties. Rent a couple of bikes and enjoy rides on the beach. You can lock them to racks in the garage when you're done. We did do a day trip and made the short drive to to Harbor Town in South Beach. Then we drove over to have a late lunch at "The Salty Dog". The owners of 96001 were very nice and kept in touch with us. They have a great condo on the beach. We were very happy that the owners of 96001 allowed us to call it "home" for the week. Our only complaint is that the week went by entirely too fast. To remedy that, we'll be returning in 2011 for 2 weeks. We've stayed at Sea Crest before but this unit was far superior to others. We'd highly recommend 96001 for anyone looking for a fun time at the beach. "
