  We stayed in villa on may 2013. We enjoyed it so much, my husband and my mother liked the house so much. The house had everything we need plus we have a baby and Rosemarie provided us a portable crib and a high chair as well. We really appreciated her help during our stay although we haven't had the chance to meet. By the way the location was also convenient, close to a mall and a grocery market, you can even walk there. See you next time and thank you once again

  I just want to say this place was cozy, quiet and overall a great place to stay. The kitchen had a lot of appliances which made this place very much so like home. The property manager Rosemarie is very nice and easy to get in contact with. I would recommend this place and stay again.

  We would like to thank you for making our vacation more exciting and comfortable.This was a really great place to spend your vacation. The villa was great, fully equipped and really nicer than the pictures shows.The property was very clean and was layed out with everything you could think. The location is very convenient to Ft. Lauderdale beach and shopping areas. We truly enjoyed our stay for many reasons, and would certainly make plans to return again in the future. Thank you for a great experience and a great vacation.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

  I arrived with my daughter from Canada for (too short) 8 nights vacation at Bayview villa. It was exactly as described by Rosemarie - spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook a home meal and even bake a pie!. Surroundings were beautiful, lush greenery and lots of flowering bushes. Swimming pool is a bonus and we took advantage of it. Communication with Rosemarie was excellent - very fast and prompt. Rosemarie is an excellent host and will try to accommodate you the best way possible. Bayview villas are located very close to the beach, shopping and nightlife. We made a day trip all the way through Florida Keys to Key West. I wish we could stay longer, our visit to Miami was too short. I recommend Bayview villas to everybody - adults and families with children - you will love it.

  Our family stayed in this property in Aug 2012. We had a fantastic time! Our apartment was very clean, well furnished and we had all the things you would need to stay in a home, from fully equipped kitchen to a king size bed in our master bedroom. The second bedroom/living room had a queen size sofa. There is also a coin operated washer/dryer on the property. There's wireless internet covering the whole property. The property is lovely - lush tropical vegetation, beautiful pool which our 5 yr old absolutely loved, several outdoor tables, beach loungers. There are private docks with nice yachts right across the road, which add to the scenery. There are also a couple of BBQ grills throughout the property. The neighborhood is quite nice as well, nice houses with private docks throughout, a 3 minute car ride to the beautiful Ft. Lauderdale public beach, nice hotels along the beach. There's also a state park next to the beach. Shopping is easily accessible, plenty of grocery stores including Whole Foods nearby. Restaurants are touristy, but that's to be expected. We preferred cooking at home. The owner is very nice and hospitable and went out of her way to accomodate us and make sure that we are comfortable. Highly recommend!.

  Third year in a row to this lovely place, we are very pleased with our stay i Bayview villas this June. We stayed in Villa 5 and this year I had my sister and brother with me and they staid in Villa 2. We had a great time and spent a lot of time in the nice pool area and walked to the beach every day and we tried the restaurants PF Changs and Season 52 close from the place and they are great. The location was perfect and I was very impressed how quiet the neighborhood was. The other guests were really nice and we had some great conversations with them.   We can warmly recommend staying in these appartments. Next to the pool there's a littel deck with sun beds and a BBQ. Everything has been very clean and tidy. Rosemarie, the owner, is very helpul and friendly. A nice mall and a big supermarket and several restaurants are just minutes away (you could easily walk there). Please also check out her waterway villas - also very recommendable! We definitely plan on comming back! :)
